Growing some stuff that is tasty or expensive to buy is easy.
Lived in a neighborhood built in the early 1970s-5 homes to the acre with front and back yards totaling about 4,500 square feet that could be cultivated. The footprint of the house, the 2 car driveway, and the city sidewalk in the front accounted for the rest of the 1/5th acre.
