Russian schools are teaching the youth that America rigged its own election in 2020. Students in the 11th grade have posted excerpts from their revised textbooks to the internet. Newsweek requested a copy from the publisher, Sonin, who declared that everything published is factual and approved by Sergei Kravstov, Russia’s minister of education.
Rough translation of excerpt above: “Donald Trump. American statesman and political figure, businessman, born in 1946, 45th President of the United States from 2017 to 2021, the first President of the United States who had not previously held any public office. The richest man of all American presidents. In the 2020 presidential elections, he again nominated himself as a candidate, but as a result of obvious fraud on the part of the Democratic Party, he lost the election to J. Biden.”

Additional pieces of the book have been published online. There is a reason that this book is not readily available in America. The textbook is extremely critical of Joe Biden and his entire presidency. Another excerpt includes a picture of Biden wearing a mask. Rough translation: “On (masked) Biden from the same Russian school textbook ‘His entire political career has been accompanied by corruption scandals. He and his family have commercial interests in Ukraine.”
The next generation of Russians will be raised to believe that America is the enemy, as their parents before them were also led to believe. American textbooks paint Putin as an enemy and dictator, and American students learn that Russia is the enemy as their parents were led to believe the USSR was the enemy. History is constantly rewritten by the victor. In this case, I believe most reading this blog know the truth. The current onslaught of legal cases against Trump only validates Russia’s claims that the US rigs elections and then blames Russia if the outcome is not what the establishment wanted.

I cannot see how you can draw that conclusion, at least from the evidence you listed.
It’s not about what they’re being “raised to believe”. It’s about what they reluctantly were forced to realize. The West – especially the US and UK – is their enemy.
You are not reading Armstrong’s sentence with a neutral mind.

1. That statement only has significance, if one assumes the ‘raised to believe’ is at least part untruth/brainwashing – as if it’s based on the whole truth, what’s wrong about that (and what could you do against such… Oh, lying, massive lying. [Is Armstrong doing that?])
2. The sentence speaks in terms of a generation (20-30 years), so relatively quick mind changes would not be covered [by that sentence.]
3. In context with the main point of the article of new Russian school books, the small examples given seem to be a) completely factual, and b) not used to denigrate America in general (as a country), so the school books can not be the basis of constructing a ‘brainwashing’ argument along 1.

Is the text book factually wrong??
That’s the right question. Like Thomas Sowell, you insist on calm, rationally derived evidence. Indoctrination is always a heartbeat away, though. We must always be on the lookout for a power play. The textbook’s claim is correct, but those who seek power always flavor their lies with 10% real truthiness to help sell the rest of their narrative.
Power needs a boogeyman to crystallize public opinion around, as an oyster makes a pearl around a grain of sand: Bin Laden, Emmanuel Goldstein, climate, alcohol, eaters of frogs’ legs, etc.

Of course there was obvious electoral fraud by the democrats. Invalid mail-in ballots commingled with in-person ballots in Pennsylvania in direct contravention of an order by Justice Alito. Vote tallying machines going “down” all over town in Maricopa County AZ for same-day (mostly Republican) voters. Illegal drop boxes for ballots in Wisconsin. GOP election workers in Michigan sent home “until the next day” only to return and find then tallying had been completed. Vote tallying halted it Atlanta due to a bogus burst water pipe story. The signature matching machines for mailed-in ballots in Nevada were programmed to be ten times as lenient in determining non-matches compared to the prior election. This is why so many of the “bellwether counties” broke patterns that had held true for 100 years.
Trump won almost all bellwethers. One more piece of evidence there was something rotten going on. No one ever won the Presidency without winning these areas.
In PA Sean Parnell lost a Congressional race in which the communist candidate won by a handful of votes and thousands more votes were counted than the number of eligible voters. In a nearby district it was revealed “Smokin’ Joe Frazier had voted for the seventh time since his death.
Removing dead Demunists from voter rolls is racist. It could also cause the poles to melt and even harm the Snail Darter.
… and the one bellwether he missed, Clallam County, Washington, had evidence of potential fraud in the vote count.

It stands to reason, that U.S. democrat-MSM lies and propaganda would be countered by Russia. After fabricating the “Russian collusion” hoax, the democrat election-fraud of 2020/2022, and the current (repeat) democrat witch-hunt, election integrity in the USA has been completely compromised. These are uncharted waters in our Constitutional Republic, and the solutions are likely brutal.
