It’s really funny. They think that if they keep chanting “Hitler, Hitler, Hitler” and “racism, racism, racism” it’ll work. It’s also interesting to see how Trump is running this time. First, he’s not on Twitter and nobody watches Truth Social, so he’s not as prone to sticking his foot in his mouth as he had done on Twitter in the past. Also, he is really disciplining himself as much as he can. Tuesday night he made a point of calling Biden “President Biden” multiple times, not “Biden” or “Sleepy Joe” or “Crooked Joe”. He’s not going to talk about Biden as being illegitimate, because he’s found out that works against him. In general, I think he’s realized that the name calling is tired and unproductive. Trump is up bigly with men, and tied with women. To win more women, he has to convey more respect and other bullshit like that. He’s actually doing it – which we know is tough for him. To me, that just shows that he wants to win more than in 2016 or 2020. He wants revenge enough to suppress his impulse to say mean and immature stuff.
