• Despite spending months going after Trump, Bragg’s team has failed to take down some of NYC’s worst repeat offenders, including several with 100+ arrests 

Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, and his team have arrested former President Donald Trump, while some of NYC’s worst criminals still roam the streets.

New Yorkers who survived the city during the pandemic remember the long months when Bragg’s office became a revolving door for career criminals who hit up the streets in broad daylight and had many residents fearing the subways.

While Bragg’s office was preparing to indict Trump, he let violent reoffenders continue to wreak havoc.

In August, Mayor Eric Adams revealed that the same 10 criminals made up nearly 500 crimes and that 60 percent of them were still roaming the streets at that time.

Adams, who promised New Yorkers he would crack down on crime that had risen during the pandemic, criticized him, as well as State Governor Kathy Hochul.

As I emphasize, “diversity” and “multiculturalism” set the stage for Identity Politics and the weaponization of the prosecutorial function.  The short-sighted indictment by a black quota hire of a President for allegedly misreporting a “hush money” payment to porn woman Stormy Daniels could backfire.  One look at Trump’s wife tells you that the last thing Trump needs is a liaison with an aging porn woman.  As Daniels’ charge appeared just before the 2016 election, I see the charge as extortion, although possibly she was bribed by George Soros or Democrats.  The intent was to damage Trump or extort money, and the safest thing to do is to pay her off.

From the wall-mounted flat-screen across from his bed, the specter of a of giant rabbit emerges, gaunt and grizzled, draped in chains and weighty padlocks.

“Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have six cherry-picked documents?”

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is being accused of hiding hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence from the New York grand jury.

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett on “Hannity” on Tuesday night accused Bragg of the prosecutorial misconduct and furthermore called for the disbarment of the attorneys involved in the travesty of justice.

“I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, ‘Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have six cherry-picked documents?’ You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable,” Jarrett said. “And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, ‘We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,’ those guys should face disbarment proceedings.”

Harvard Law Professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz added his perspective on the charges being brought by the Manhattan D.A.

Alvan Bragg in his vendetta against Donald Trump is clearly not just abusing his power, but he is attempting to interfere in the presidential election of 2024 by harassing Trump and trying to make him so toxic that nobody will donate to him. While I personally thought that Trump had fallen too far to be a viable candidate, at this point, this has all had the opposite effect.  We have to come to the realization that Washington DC is so toxic itself, on both sides, that perhaps we need Donald Trump to actually kick ass. Will anyone else be effective in DC as a president from here on out? The answer is absolutely no way. And BTW, even if Trump is indicted and found guilty, he can still be president. A felony does not preclude you from being president.

If Donald Trump is arrested or even indicted by this personally motivated prosecutor in New York City, this is not just un-American for the ruling party to use police power to arrest its political rivals, the United States has fallen so far that there is no coming back. Ukraine routinely impressions political rivals because it is the most corrupt government in the world. The United States is no longer the beacon of liberty to the world – it is showing how corrupt the legal system has become. New York City is not the Big Apple, it is worse than the most corrupt legal system in any banana Republic. NYC has surpassed even Adolf Hitler’s most notorious court which had a 90% conviction rate.
