Trump Indicted For Hawaii Wildfire

Via The Babylon Bee

HONOLULU, HI — In a swift response to the devastating wildfire spreading across the island of Maui, the Department of Justice has announced former President Donald Trump has now been indicted for the deadly blaze.

“It’s time for Mr. Trump to be held accountable,” said Hawaii Attorney General Anne Lopez, who worked closely with the DOJ on the indictment. “This fire is ravaging our beautiful state, destroying homes and taking the lives of innocent Hawaiians. We had no choice but to bring charges against Donald Trump.”

The Great Unravelling: ‘For All That Is Ours, We Must Fight’

Guest Post by Alastair Crooke

It is getting very messy. Verging on insanity. A new indictment with four charges in respect to the events of 6 Jan has been issued to former President Trump – who has now been charged with more than 75 crimes. These latest charges however are likely only to further eradicate confidence in the Federal Justice process, and in the integrity of the American political system itself. The indictment is to be heard in the District of Columbia which is notoriously politicised, and unlikely to empanel anything but a wholly hostile jury (the saying in DC is that the Justice Dept could convict a hamburger with a DC jury).

Charging Trump with conspiring to ‘steal’ the 2020 Presidential election entrenches more deeply than before that the country is headed for a great reckoning – in the courts and at the ballot box. It poses questions that cannot but further lead to an unravelling of politics in the U.S.

Why the elites are so hated and Donald Trump is stronger than ever after three indictments

Guest Post by Alex Berenson

A new piece from a New York Times (!) columnist gets to the heart of the matter. It hit me hard, since I too have gotten in trouble for telling the elites something they didn’t want to hear.

David Brooks is a conservative New York Times columnist (which means he’s not all that conservative). He’s smart, but he tends towards self-satisfied windbaggery. He’s a guy who didn’t tell readers he took money from a nonprofit he promoted – after he wrote a book called “The Road to Character.”

Hey, maybe he was taking the scenic route.

But Brooks just nailed it.

Did he ever. In a column called, “What if We’re the Bad Guys Here?” Brooks sought to explain the increasingly obvious fact that the prosecutions of Donald Trump are only strengthening him.

Indicting a President is a New Development in America’s Decline: How It Happened

Guest Post by Paul Craig Roberts

Last Thursday I explained why the indictments of President Trump are entirely fabrications for political and propagandistic reasons.  Today I will answer the question how it is possible for a President of the United States to be indicted multiple times for behavior while in office.

A US president is surrounded by legal counsel.  It is not possible for a president to go around breaking scores of laws.  Normally such phony indictments as Trump faces would not be possible.  Not only has no president in US history been previously indicted, the political party he represents would be up in arms pointing out the absurdity and political nature of the indictments.  The indicting party would be overwhelmed with criticism and exposure.

Trump’s 3rd Indictment May Backfire

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Never in the entire history of the United States have we EVER witnessed such political corruption using the Department of Justice. They had tapes of Richard Nixon that would have convicted him but they did not prosecute him for fear that it was not in the best judgment for the nation. Nixon had won by the highest vote and the fact that the people caught in the break-in were actually CIA people. Nixon had a meeting with the head of the CIA and bluntly just said he knew who killed JFK.

About the Trump Indictments: the Ancient Christian Model of Resistance

Make no mistake about it, Trump is going to prison. That is what the system wants. But it is not about Trump – it is about justification to crush you, the remaining element of American idealism who believes the Constitution is sacrosanct.

What they want are fed posts. They want justification to walk into a court and say, “Here is ‘Mr. Constitution’ on Gab speaking about blood… or vengeance… or being a lion… etc, etc. We want a warrant to monitor him and his associates. More importantly, we want to execute Red Flag Laws. Let’s take Mr. Constitution’s guns away.”

Do not fall for the trap.

Trump Indictment

We have minimum low regard for Donald Trump, and not merely because he is a bombastic lout and world historic megalomaniac.

His policies were terrible, too. The Federal budget and debt exploded on his watch; the Fed printed money recklessly even as he demanded more; and the free market was kicked hard in the pants by his immigration and trade policies, the unforgivable Covid Lockdowns and the Trump-inspired mass vaccination campaign for an untested gene therapy that he rushed to market via what history will characterize as the cruelly named Operation Warp Speed.

The Trump Boomerang Strikes the Deep State

Guest Post by James Grundvig, American Media Periscope

The “Seal” broke on Tuesday. The Biden regime and federal Deep State overplayed their hand and failed to take down Donald J. Trump for 37 indictments that had no legs.

Last month, the Durham Report confirmed the operational existence of the Deep State with absolute proof that it put mainstream media gaslighters and propagandists into a corner that they can no longer claim “conspiracy theory” about the Deep. State.

Trump 1 – Deep State 0

Then on Tuesday, June 13–the Illuminati hex number–Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to all 37 vacuous, trumped up (pun intended) charges. The result from the federal judge?

  1. Trump is free to travel; he keeps his passport
  2. No jail time
  3. No house arrest
  4. No fines
  5. No bail bond

His only restriction? Trump cannot communicate with his aid, also named in the case. That’s like saying to a divorcee he can’t speak to his whacko ex-wife.

The Trump Indictment

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

Last week’s indictment of Donald Trump is the latest example of why liberals really should have read my book, “Resistance Is Futile.” Or Aesop’s fable “The Boy Who Cried Wolf.” Either one.

After years of making insane accusations against Trump, from Russian collusion to indicting him for misdemeanor record-keeping errors in his blackmail payments to a porn star, liberals finally have him dead to rights committing serious felonies. And no one believes them.

It’s your own fault, liberals.

Much to my surprise, the documents Trump had spirited away to Mar-a-Lago were not cheesy souvenirs appealing to his juvenile sensibility, like Shaquille O’Neal’s shoe or a picture with Kim Kardashian.

No, the documents he’d stuffed in Mar-a-Lago’s ballroom, bathroom and shower (among other highly secure locations) included information about our nuclear weapons programs, the defense capabilities of the U.S. and other countries, potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack, and plans for possible retaliation.

Traitor to the Constitution: The U.S. Government Is the Real Criminal

Guest Post by John W. Whitehead

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable.”—H.L. Mencken

And so it continues.

This entire fiasco—indicting Donald Trump for allegedly violating both the Espionage Act and obstructing justice by improperly handling classified records—is merely the latest in a never-ending series of distractions, distortions, and political theater aimed at diverting the public’s attention from the sinister advances of the American Deep State.

Don’t allow yourselves to be distracted, diverted or mesmerized by the cheap theater tricks.

This indictment spectacle is Shakespearean in its scope: full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Nothing is the key word here.

Despite the wall-to-wall media coverage, this is all just smoke and mirrors.

Mark my words: the government is as corrupt and self-serving as ever, dominated by two political factions that pretend to be at odds with each other all the while moving in lockstep to maintain the status quo.

Reminder, What Was in The Mar-a-Lago Documents

Guest Post by Sundance

Last year, CTH outlined a four-part series of articles going deep into the background of the DOJ-FBI raid of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, along with the outline into why it was important to them.  It doesn’t matter how many different legal angles and Deep State justifications the DOJ attempts to deploy in order to divert away from what took place; the background of who, what, when and why they raided Mar-a-Lago will not change.

In Part One, we outlined the background of the modern Deep State {Go Deep}. In Part Two we outlined the specifics of how President Trump was targeted by political operatives using tools created by the DC system {Go Deep}.  In Part Three we outlined how and why President Trump was blocked from releasing documents {Go Deep}.  And then finally, as below in Part 4, we assembled the specifics of what documents likely existed in Mar-a-Lago.

It is important to remember, the Presidential Records Act –the presented pretext for the document conflict– is not a criminal statute.  An FBI raid cannot be predicated on a document conflict between the National Archives and a former president.

Snowden weighs in Trump indictment

The NSA whistleblower has labelled the charges against the former US president “selective prosecution”

Snowden weighs in Trump indictment

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden has argued that mishandling state secrets is a common behavior in Washington and typically goes unpunished. He made the comment in response to the indictment of former US president Donald Trump.

“All kidding aside, it’s not wrong to say that the indictment of Donald Trump for mishandling classified documents is a case of selective prosecution,” Snowden said on Friday in a Twitter post. “Spilled secrets are very much the currency of Washington, and Trump was not alone in splashing them around. He was just the least graceful.”

So About Trump’s Second Indictment

Guest Post by Karl Denninger

…. I don’t care.

I should, of course.  We all should.  But I don’t.

I don’t because nobody else has for thirty years when it comes to wild-eyed felony violations of the law, each carrying ten years in prison for each and every person involved, that occur by the tens of thousands every day. I’m talking about 15 USC Chapter 1 and violations that, collectively, amount to roughly 15% of the entire federal budget, all of which every one of us pays for, and another several trillion in “private” spending which we also pay for via crazily-hiked “insurance” premiums and similar.  We pay for it in $500 medications that cost $10 anywhere else in the world, procedures that are billed at a thousand percent over what they cost anywhere else in the world, we’re billed at different rates depending on who your insurance carrier is, which for most people is not a choice they actually have (it comes through their job) and more.

“This Is Crazy!”: Trump Rages After Indictment Unsealed

Via ZeroHedge

Update (1715ET): As one might expect, Former President Donald Trump took to Truth social to rage over today’s unsealed indictment against him.

“This is the man who caused the Lois Lerner catastrophe with the IRS,” Trump wrote, adding, referring to special counsel Jack Smith. “He went after Evangelicals and Great Americans of Faith.”

“His wife is a Trump Hater, just as he is a Trump Hater—a deranged “psycho” that shouldn’t be involved in any case having to do with “Justice,” other than to look at Biden as a criminal, which he is!”

Trump also slammed President Joe Biden, who “had records for years, totally unsecured, even stolen when he was a Senator.”

The Great DOJ Werewolf Hunt

Guest Post by Jim Kunstler

“Whenever Biden says ‘I’m not joking,’ he’s lying. Whenever he says, ‘I’m joking,’ he’s telling the truth.”Margot Cleveland

At long last you know what those plangent cries of Russia! Russia! Russia! ringing across the land signify: America has been turning into Russia, Joe Stalin-style, since 2016, just as Lon Chaney turned into a werewolf on-screen back in 1941. Trump Derangement turns out to be an extreme presentation of mass Species Identity disorder, a national altered state that (Wikipedia says): “…typically involves delusions and hallucinations with the transformation only seeming to happen in the mind and behavior of the affected person.”

Clinical lycanthropy is a very rare condition and is largely considered to be an idiosyncratic expression of a psychotic or dissociative episode caused by another condition such as Dissociative Identity Disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or clinical depression. It has also been associated with drug intoxication and withdrawal, cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, dementia, delirium, and seizures…. However, there are suggestions that certain neurological conditions and cultural influences may result in the expression of the human-animal transformation theme that defines the condition.”
