Exposed: Hillary Caught Coordinating With CNN to Smear Rand Paul

(ANTIMEDIA) State Department emails published by Gawker on Tuesday show that a CNN journalist colluded with a top Hillary Clinton State Department aide in an attempt to smear Kentucky Senator Rand Paul during the former secretary of state’s 2013 testimony on the Benghazi attacks.

Elise Labott, a foreign affairs reporter for CNN, is now serving a two-week suspension from the Atlanta-based global news network for posting a critical tweet of Senator Paul during the hearing. She apparently did so at the directive of Clinton aide Philippe Reines. The social media post chided Senator Paul for asking Clinton difficult questions throughout the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing. Labott also coordinated with Reines to tweet a favorable quote from Clinton’s testimony.

In what appeared to be a follow-up question to a prior conversation, the CNN reporter asked Reines via email, “are you sure rand paul wasn’t at any hearings?”

Just minutes after hitting send, Labott fired back with another message informing the aide of what she had just posted to her official Twitter account:

Chicago Mayor Emanuel Urges “Remain Peaceful” After Video Shows Cop Killing Black Teen

A black teenager is killed by a white cop in Chicago = turmoil, riots, looting, outrage, CNN special coverage.

20 black teenagers are killed every weekend in Chicago by other black teenagers = silence, apathy, no CNN coverage.

Black lives only matter when a white guy is involved.

With the release of this video, we suggest anyone living in and around Chicago ‘brace’ for potential social unrest. The Chicago Police Department has released video footage of the officer-involved shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, who was struck 16 times during a confrontation with officers.

The dashcam video, described by Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez says that this video is “graphic, violent, and chilling,” is expected to provoke a very strong emotional reaction from Chicago’s very large African-American community.

As John Kass, a columnist for the Chicago Tribune, said, the video “could tear Chicago apart,” which is why Mayor Emanuel has already urged Chicagoans, “it is fine to be passionate, but it is essential to remain peaceful.”

Laquan McDonald was walking down a Chicago street the night of October 20, 2014, carrying a four-inch knife and behaving erratically, authorities say.

 

A police officer told him to drop the knife. He didn’t listen, and the officer fired on him out of fear for his life, according to a police union spokesman.

 

McDonald, 17, died. He was shot 16 times.

 

Now, more than a year later, the public will be able to see what happened.

THE FED INDUCED FARCE

The minutes from the last Fed meeting were released on Wednesday afternoon. The minutes, along with a squadron of jabbering Fed heads lying about the economy doing great, pretty much locked in the most talked about .25% interest rate increase in world history.  Evidently the Wall Street titans of greed have convinced the muppets higher interest rates are great for stocks, as the market soared by 250 points. As institutional money exits the market on these rigged up days, the dumb money retail investor buys into the market with dreams of riches just like they did with Pets.com in 2000, McMansions in 2005, and Bear Stearns in 2007.

The Fed has lost any credibility they ever thought they deserved by delaying this meaningless insignificant interest rate increase for the last three years, so they will make this token increase in December come hell or high water. They want to give themselves some leeway for easing again when this debt saturated global economy implodes in the near future. The Fed is trapped by their own cowardice and capture by the Wall Street cabal. If they raise rates the USD will strengthen even more than it has already. The USD is already at 11 year highs. It has appreciated by 25% in the last year versus the basket of world currencies. The babbling boobs on the entertainment news channels authoritatively expound with a straight face about the rise in the dollar being due to our strong economic performance. It’s beyond laughable, as the economy has been sucking wind since the day the Fed turned off the QE spigot in October 2014.

CNN Anchor Says Constitution Doesn’t Protect Hate Speech, Try Reading It. Okay, Let’s Do That.

Chris Cuomo is co-host of CNN’s morning show. He’s also a former law and justice correspondent for ABC News. He has a law degree from Fordham University and is a licensed attorney. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is his brother.

In other words, this is somebody you’d expect would know what he’s talking about on the subject of basic constitutional facts. And yet:

This was in response to the shooting outside Pamela Geller’s “Draw Muhammad” cartoon contest event in Garland, Texas. According to Cuomo, Geller and her ilk might not have a First Amendment right to express anti-Muslim speech deemed hateful—it says so, right there in the Constitution, if we would bother to read it.

To the chagrin of the residents of Panem, pockets of plebs became unruly just 40 miles from the Capitol on the most important night of the year for Washington D.C., aka Hollywood for ugly people.

The timing of this gross display of elitist narcissism was once again less than ideal for these self-absorbed societal leeches. If you recall, Barack Obama was similarly engaged in a massive party last year just as Ferguson burst into flames. I noted this in the post: “A Good Time Was Had By All” – The Obamas Dance the Night Away as Ferguson, Missouri Burns.

Whether the above is the expression of a divine sense of humor, or merely a function of Obama’s penchant for frequent fiddling at extravagant galas remains unclear. What is clear; however, is Jon Stewart’s absolutely hilarious take on the event and his justifiably relentless assault on faux news channel CNN when he states:

To be clear, a guy on CNN just said: “If people are looking for news, I’m sure they can find it somewhere.”

CNN Is Beating the Drums of War

President George W. Bush’s national security advisor, Condi Rice, warned Americans that Saddam Hussein’s (nonexistent) weapons of mass destruction could result in a mushroom cloud going up over an American city. No such threat existed. But today a very real threat exists over all American cities, and the national security advisor does not notice.

The threat issues from Washington and arises from the demonization of Russia and its leadership.

Wolf Blitzer (CNN, March 13) used the cover of a news program to broadcast a propaganda performance straight out of the Third Reich or perhaps from George Orwell’s 1984. The orchestration presented Russia as a massive, aggressive military threat. The screen was filled with missiles firing and an assortment of American General Strangeloves urging provocative measures to be deployed against the Russian Threat. Blitzer’s program is part of the orchestrated propaganda campaign whose purpose is to prepare Americans for conflict with Russia.

It was such irresponsible propaganda and so many blatant lies for a media organization to sponsor that it was obvious that CNN and Wolf Blitzer had no fear of being called on the carpet for spreading war fever. The so-called “mainstream media” has been transformed into a Ministry of Propaganda.

FOURTH TURNING – THE SHADOW OF CRISIS HAS NOT PASSED – PART ONE

“Imagine some national (and probably global) volcanic eruption, initially flowing along channels of distress that were created during the Unraveling era and further widened by the catalyst. Trying to foresee where the eruption will go once it bursts free of the channels is like trying to predict the exact fault line of an earthquake. All you know in advance is something about the molten ingredients of the climax, which could include the following:

  • Economic distress, with public debt in default, entitlement trust funds in bankruptcy, mounting poverty and unemployment, trade wars, collapsing financial markets, and hyperinflation (or deflation)
  • Social distress, with violence fueled by class, race, nativism, or religion and abetted by armed gangs, underground militias, and mercenaries hired by walled communities
  • Political distress, with institutional collapse, open tax revolts, one-party hegemony, major constitutional change, secessionism, authoritarianism, and altered national borders
  • Military distress, with war against terrorists or foreign regimes equipped with weapons of mass destruction” 

 The Fourth Turning – Strauss & Howe – 1997

When you read pertinent passages from Strauss & Howe’s prophetic assessment of history from a generational perspective, eighteen years after its publication and seven years into the Crisis they forecasted with uncanny accuracy, you find yourself shaking your head and appreciating their visionary generational appraisal of antiquity. Those who scorn The Fourth Turning either haven’t read it, are ignorant of the cyclical nature of history, blindly believe in never ending human progress, or their salary is dependent upon not acknowledging the truth. A year consists of four seasons – Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. A long human life of 80 years consists of four phases – childhood, young adulthood, mid-life, and old age. Human beings tend to associate themselves with the cohort born within the roughly 20 year period that makes up one phase of life.

Members of a generation share an age location in history, tend to share some common beliefs and behaviors, including basic attitudes about risk taking, culture and values, civic engagement, family life, and tend to have a sense of common perceived membership in that generation. The generational attitudes, moods, leaders, and events that occur during recurring 80 year cycles drive the pathway of history. Strauss & Howe have been able to document the Turnings of Anglo-American history back to 1435. Like the seasons in a year, there have been cyclical turnings every twenty years or so for centuries. They can be described as High (Spring), Awakening (Summer), Unraveling (Fall), Crisis (Winter). Each turning is a reflection of generational interactions, moods, and attitudes. We are now seven years into a Crisis that will likely not climax until the late 2020’s.

A Day In The Life Of CNN … (it’s worse than you ever imagined)

I have this theory. CNN stands for Certainly Not News. It is not a News Station that has commercials. It is a Commercial Station whereby the sponsors occasionally allows “news”.  Also, when “news” is reported, it rarely is news. And now I have proof.

In a never-before experiment (at least not one I could find on the net), I recorded and watched 12 hours of CNN programs, from 10AM until 10PM, on Monday April 28, 2014. I chose Monday because except for a few hours, CNN has no real news coverage on weekends … preferring, instead, to broadcast entertainment, reality shows, infomercials, and other pabulum befitting an “entertainment company” (their words). So, there should be significant pent up news on Monday. Right? Wrong.

Of necessity, this will be a long post.  So, let me produce the summary up front.

SUMMARY OF CNN PROGRAMMING,  April 28, 2014, 10AM – 10PM

—- Number of unique stories: Basically, 5. That is NOT a misprint.

—- Number of Commercials: 444 (from 170 sponsors)

CNN basically aired a mere 5 unique stories. There were a total of 89 total stories. Here is the breakdown;

— 1) Tornado —————— 34 times

— 3) Malaysian Flight ——– 10 times

 A CLOSER LOOK: FOUR DAYS LATER – ONE DETAILED HOUR OF CNN PROGRAMMING

Perhaps Monday was just an anomaly? So, I waited four days to take a look at a Prime Time spot … CNN’s vacuous eye-candy teleprompter-reading bimbo, Erin Burnett. It also gave me an opportunity to break down to the minute the amount of time actually spent on news vs. not-news.

Let me quickly define “not-news”.

—1) Commercials. Obviously.

—2) Announcements. CNN’s version of foreplay, trying to get you excited about the next segment “coming up after the break”, These occur at the begging of every show, before every commercial, and at the end of every segment.

— 3) Expert Panels. The teleprompter reader — errr, “reporter” — will read something and then bring in their panel of so-called experts. These folks give opinions, or editorialize, or just shout each other down or just shoot-the-shit. Opinions are NOT news.

—4) Product Placement. This did not occur in the hour below, but it is not an infrequent event. Fox’s Bill O’Really is especially guilty of this … shamelessly hawking his own books at every opportunity. Product placement is when a movie star is brought in to “discuss” their upcoming movie … almost mandatory if it’s a Neegrow based movie such as, “12 Years A Slave”, “The Butler”, any movie about Nelson Mandela, etc. It occurs on holidays such as Easter and Christmas which often feature entire segments on new-shit-you-gotta-buy. Any new iPhone is guaranteed a prime time spot …. they will even, gasp, show people waiting in line (!!!) … a tremendous benefit for those of us who have never had the experience of waiting in a line. And so on.

—5) Pure Fluff Crap. On Monday, for example, CNN did a story about a bear cub that someone put in their car and transported 800 miles to another location. Or crap about what the Queen of England is wearing. Or, stories about Obama’s dog, Obama’s golf trip, Obama’s adorable daughters, ad nauseam (Latin for ‘until you fuckin’ puke’). Cute stories, dumb stories but, never really news …. the kind of garbage that belongs in tabloids.

OK, let’s take a look at CNN’s prime time beauty queen. Note: quotes are not verbatim, but accurate in their representation.

7:00PM: ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT

7:00: Coming up .. why did officials wait to do anything about the missing jet …. videos about a sinkhole in Baltimore, “unbelievable!!”, Donald Sterling’s many other women

7:02: No one noticed the jet was off radar for 17 minutes … Erin waving around a report at the camera … a report that shows all the names of the passengers … “that’s why we’ve been reporting on this the past six weeks .. these are human beings!!” … report also shows communication logs, and cargo manifest. Erin does her best job to put on a sad and concerned face as she somberly asks, “Did anyone really have to die?”.

[Side Note #1: Cable News teleprompter readers ALWAYS inject obvious commentary at the end of every “report”. If 6,000 people die in a California mudslide, the reporter will conclude the segment with “how tragic and sad”. Well, “DUH!”, you fukwit! It’s annoying as hell and as insincere as Donald Sterling complimenting a Neegrow.   It is most amusing watching the reporters’ facial expressions depending on the story; sad, angry, happy, outraged, quizzical …. all literally within seconds, all day long. I guess this shows their ‘humanity’. They should award a Phony-Face Emmy for this.]

[Side Note #2: Speaking of annoying and insincere …. maybe it’s just me but, the anchors “thanking” their reporters each and every time is really, really pissing me off. Suppose you have an employee named ‘Jim’ who has the boring and repetitive job of being an accountant. Would you say; “Jim, thanks for debiting the Schwantzlicker account. Jim, thanks for crediting the Scheisse account. Jim, thanks for reversing the charges on Mr. Blowme’s account. Jim, thanks for checking the credit on the new Yankmehoff account.” No, you wouldn’t. Why? Because Jim is just doing his fucking job. Then again, being a CNN “reporter” really isn’t a job, is it?]

Time for the experts. Richard Quest — the British guy with a heavy Brit accent, who yells when he talks, like he’s trying to sell some Sham Wow – talks about the missing 13 minutes between the last contact with Malaysia and when Vietnam reported it was off their radar, “Why!!” he screams, indicating some kind of mysterious possible conspiracy, then draws all kinds of shit on a wall chart that’s almost impossible to follow. Is joined by three other “experts” (cable news experts = guys who can’t get jobs anywhere else.) It is revealed the airplane was transporting mangoes. Fascinating. Also in the cargo bay are 5,400 pounds of lithium batteries … one guy says in the USA the maximum is 500 pounds due to various hazards …. Sham Wow guy says that’s “HUGE!!” news and maybe there was a fire … other guys shout him down.

7:20 Announcement. The Bluefin will be going down for another search for the missing airplane … “we’ll let you know when it happens” (at least 274 times).

7:21 Discussion about what the officials on the ground might have been doing during the 13 minute gap (speculation, not news) …. Coming up, Sterling’s other mistresses, flooding in Florida

7:23 COMMERCIALS. Behr / MS Windows / Hilton / Smirconish / Go Carts / CNN

7:26 Heavy rains in Florida … annoying streaming banner at the bottom of the screen “2 trillion gallons of rain falls in Florida”. Fascinating statistic. CNN has a reporter on the spot. Camera shows panoramic scenes of flooding. “Turrrible!”. Reporter finds a man whose house was basically destroyed and these are her inane questions, verbatim … standing in a water-logged mud-filled living room this mental giant asks “How difficult is it for you to be standing in your living room.” … and, “How did you know something was wrong?” … and “You must have been terrified” (no shit, Sherlock). Camera pans to the homeowner’s garage, and it shows tools hanging from the walls, and they are dry. The Creature From Hell says, and I kid you not – “Maybe it’s not so bad really”. I was hoping the home owner would drown the vacuous bimbo … it would have counted as a justifiable homicide.

I estimate that THERE WAS ONLY ABOUT 9 MINUTES OF ACTUAL NEWS, and I’m being generous. Even then, almost ALL the news was Old News … crap they’ve been spewing for the previous several weeks. It would take you less than 5 minutes to go online to get ALL actual CNN news for that hour.

ABOUT THOSE COMMERCIALS

444 commercials!!! And not once are they ever called “commercials”. Euphemisms are preferred. A commercial isn’t a commercial. It’s a “message”, or a “word”, or simply “after this”, or a “break” … and the breaks are ALWAYS “quick”. Webster needs to add a new word to the dictionary, “quickbreak”, not to be confused with “quickshit”, which would be more accurate. The announcement of “a break” is often followed by the command “Stay right there.”   Make no mistake about it, it IS a command. Experts who study such stuff have long ago discovered that a certain statistically significant segment of the population will actually not turn the channel when commanded not to do so. I am amazed by this, and you should be also. Of course, I combat this command with my own command, “Go fuck yourself!”, right before I change the channel.

The only time I actually watch and pay attention to commercials is during the Super Bowl. They say these commercials are The Best Of The Best because it can cost a company most of their annual profits for a 30-second spot. Well, they lie. The commercials still suck the warts off my testicles. People think they’re great because they’re drunk or are mesmerized looking for a rogue nipple.

No one I have ever known actually watches commercials, especially with the advent of DVRs. They switch channels. They make a sandwich. Get a beer. Take a piss. Get some nookie. But, they never ever watch a commercial. No one ever says, “Oh, look, Martha! Let’s watch this fat blob talk about a 60” flat-screen she bought for $1.99 on deal-dash dot com!!”. Go bid on a two dollar liposuction, you fat slob.

Why does Northrop Grumman make commercials? Is there some guy in Kentucky in the market for, you know, an F-16?

ABOUT THOSE 4 MAIN STORIES

The 4 main stories, taking up almost 90% of total programming space, reveal much about that evil news station.

The Tornado (34 times). Nothing better illustrates CNN’s obsession with repetition and minutiae.  Here is the real story; there were some big tornados in the Midwest, causing widespread damage, resulting in several deaths. Takes 5 minutes to read about on the weather.com website. Everything beyond that reflects their obsession of Beating The Horse To Death via repetition and sensationalism (finding victims and exploiting their heartache). Yes, they would update their live satellite weather pictures (a task much better suited to weather.com) from time to time but, by 1PM they pretty much shot their wad, showing the same exact videos over and over and over …. but around 8PM they did find some more heart-broken people to zoom in on their tear-soaked faces, in addition to the now-required testimony of at least one Spiritual Person thanking Jeebus for saving their lives (too fuckin’ bad about the 20 or so Jeebus couldn’t save).

The LA Clippers (24 times). Nothing better illustrates that CNN is basically an Opinion Station … and a one-sided one at that. Here is the real story; some amoral rich Joo guy can’t keep his Schwantz in his pants, boinks a mulatto skank ho, and in a private conversation he tells her she can swallow baby-batter from as many Neegrows as she wants but, not to make a public spectacle of it. Both people are utterly disgusting on many levels but, that’s the entire story. Takes 5 minutes to read on gold_digger_skank_ho.com Instead, CNN for the next 7 days (still doing so as of this writing, 10+ days after the event) brings in about 40+ various “experts”, most of them African (heh heh) Americuns, all giving the SAME OPINIONS, that da Joo gotta go. Not one alternative view. Pure and unadulterated tabloid bullshit “journalism”.

Malaysian Airline (10 times). Nothing better illustrates that CNN truly stands for Certainly Not News. They are Speculation Newz, nonstop.   Here is the real story; an airplane with 200+ people went missing, and we don’t know where it is. That’s it!!! The “story” on this particular day focused on the Bluefin (what it does, how it does it, why it does it, what it eats for diner, how many times it takes a shit, etc.), and that the search-area will be expanded. That’s it, 10 times.

Ukraine Sanctions (9 times); Nothing better illustrates that CNN is truly nothing more than a mouthpiece for the government. Here is the real Ukraine story on this day; Nothing President Oreo is doing seems to be having any effect, so Oreo is going to increase sanctions. That’s it … a 2 minute read on the internet. Candy ‘Pig Face” Crowley “interviewed” two warmongers, one calling for even harsher sanctions and even military aid to bring Putin to his knees. The other asshole channeled his Inner-Kerry by making the most asinine comment I heard all night long, that “Putin doesn’t want a stable democracy on his border”. Fuckmedead. CNN then did a story showing rich Russians buying up American real estate …. and portrayed these people in a very bad light. Sperm-bag Erin then looked into the camera and hauntingly asked “Why don’t we target Putin?”. There’s your CNN non-partisanship … a bigger whore hasn’t been seen since Monica Lewinsky. There has not been one single alternate story to the ‘Russia-is-at-fault’ theme since the crisis started. Not one, as they are all Obama-nut-sack lickers.

Speaking of that half-black piece of garbage, regarding the 200+ folks that were murdered in the Odessa government building burning, Obama said, paraphrasing, “the Ukrainian government has a right to do whatever necessary to restore order”. Sanctioning murder. There’s YOUR future, true American Patriots. Should the time come when you finally resist the evil fuckers running this circus, you will be shot. And CNN will dutifully report “President Obama is doing a good job restoring order!”

WHAT REAL NEWS LOOKS LIKE ….. some things going on in America.

 Last Sunday 80,000 people from 32 states marched against policies being carried out by North Carolina. Home ownership is at a 19 year low. Retailers are closing stores at the fastest pace since the collapse of Lehman Brothers. 20% of all families do not have a single member that is employed. There are 1.5 million fewer jobs today than 7 years ago. Nine of the top ten occupations in the U.S. pay an average wage of less than $35,000 a year. Almost half of all new jobs under Obama’s reign of terror are part time, minimum wage, low wage, and benefit free. Service jobs are the new America. Adjusting for inflation, most full time jobs pay less than they did 40 years ago. 65% of all Americans make less than $20 / hr. Americans getting Frree Shit from the government actually outnumber full-time workers in the private sector …. by more than 60 million. 40% of Americans at this moment could not come up with $2,000 for emergency needs. Big Banks, Big Auto, and Big Biz that go bankrupt are never allowed to fail. Public debt and creating money from thin air keep TBTF monsters alive. Stratospheric stock and bond prices are the result of massive liquidity poured into financial markets via QE. Income and wealth inequality is exploding at light speed. Veterans are killing themselves at alarming rates … while VA hospitals kill them with neglect. The US economy, a fantasy shakier than a house of cards is based on market rigging, price manipulation, speculative control of commodities, manipulated official statistics, endless propaganda, and a currency wholly supported by puppet-states and petrodollars protected by humanity’s largest ever military machine. The lunatic instability of John Kerry. And, oh, on the other side of the world? The USA continues with actual acts of war known as “sanctions”, Russia continues to reinforce and amass troops along the Ukrainian border, and just released satellite images show Ukraine Nazis now have 15,000 troops and hundreds of tanks and APC’s around the Donetsk region city of Slavyansk, …. and the next shot heard around the world could ignite World War III as the USA plays Poke-The-Bear with Russia. Instead, CNN whores regaled us with stories about a rich old fool and his skank ho mistress, a six week old story (with zero new relevant info) about a missing plane, the demonizing of Russia, and fantasies about a recovered economy. Nonstop pabulum for the masses to keep them distracted from What Really Matters. Most sadly, the masses enjoy it. (CNN ratings have actually increased during the virtual non-stop, six week, no information, Malaysian airline story.)

At some point these brain-dead Amerikans must ask themselves why the government and their whore media lackeys lie every time their lips move. If you are one who relies on MSM, or believes this president, his press secretary , or any of his legion of sycophants, then you are a complete and total idiot.

Actually, I wonder why I’m making such a fuss about this. According to stateofthemedia (link below) —- “Across the entire day, median viewership [all 3 major news networks combined] increased just 1% to 1.9 million, and mean viewership, 4%, to 2 million.” For the math challenged, that’s less than 1% of the USA population. Anderson Cooper’s rating have been as low as 300,000 viewers. Turns out very few folks are actually watching this shit. Maybe there is hope for American Sheeple. Ratings are so dismal that CNN recently announced drastic changes to its format to include more reality programming, documentaries, and other non-news offerings …. to which I wonder, How In The Fuck Is That Even Possible?

It seems that one of the two major functions of CNN and their two whore brethren is to keep the American people cowering in a constant state of fear. (Their other main function is to forever fertilize us with bullshit on how great the economy is. USA! Number One!!). Terrorists are lurking, well ………….. everywhere. Some put bombs in their shoes. Some, like MacGyver, can blow up an airplane with a 2oz bottle of shampoo. Entire countries are terroristic; Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and now Russia. Hundreds of thousands of people are on some “No Fly” list. Five year old boys and 80 year old men on dialysis are obviously possible terrorists, otherwise the TSA wouldn’t make it their priority to feel their testicles. The FBI has a 10 page profile list of possible Amurikan terroristas …. you know, such people who are pro-NRA or, worse, grow organic foods.

The Inconvenient Truth, however, is that you are far more likely to have some deer tick crawling up your hoo-hoo with you dying from Lyme Disease than some imaginary terrorist. Ignorance is probably the greatest threat to our nation.

We’ve become a nation of ignoramuses where more than half the population still believes Iraq had nuclear weapons … while more than half of Americans can’t even find Iraq on a map. But, hey, We’re Number One! Our citizens believe true patriotism is singing the national anthem at a ball game, or throwing a big barbecue on July 4th, or wearing a flag lapel-pin … a real favorite often displayed by Fux Newz neocons.

There is a “hard” part to democracy (let’s not muddy the waters by comparing ‘democracy’ to a ‘republic’); reading the Constitution, understanding it, living it, defending it, willing to die for it, understanding that our loyalty is never to “the government”, per se, but to the Constitution’s principles, and when those who govern violate those principles, well, they gotta go, one way or another, to realize that silence in the face of evil may be worse than the evil itself, that Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit Of Happiness does not mean sitting on your fucking ass watching Honey Boo-Boo or the other 300+ inane bullshit programs on teevee. Knowledge is a narrow and hard road, ignorance is a wide and easy one, and that’s why so many Americans opt for the latter, much to our demise. Yet, even all those obstacles might be overcome if MSM (cable news and newspapers) would simply tell the truth.

Sadly, probably not one in a hundred people understand Thomas Jefferson’s quotes above …. that without a free ….. and, might I add, HONEST … press, we have no democracy.

The Constitution today is being figuratively shredded, and literally ignored. It offers no protection against the evils of this government because the Constitution is only as effective as those who abide by it. And exactly how is that working out in Amerika? George Bush said the Constitution is “just a goddamned piece of paper”. Obama wipes his ass with it. Our congressmen in Prostitution Hall have completely sold out to special interests and money. The Courts are no longer willing to uphold the Constitution’s provisions, preferring instead to make laws, rather than interpret them. And American citizen-jackasses partake in the Courts fucking us over …. for what other explanation is there where Federal Prosecutors win 95% of cases they prosecute? No other aspect of government is that efficient.

Just this week Cecily McMillan, who took part in an Occupy Wall Street protest, when a copfuk grabbed her breast, and she inadvertently elbowed the copfuk in the face as a result, was convicted by a jury for ‘assault’ based entirely on a grainy incomplete 52 second video, while the same jury completely ignored photographs of bruises caused by the copfuk, and being unmoved by sworn testimony that McMillan was seen convulsing on the pavement. Well, this young woman was sentenced by a copfuk-loving piece of shit judge (Judge Ronald Zweibel) to a SEVEN year prison term. Meanwhile, Banker thieves continue to walk free and prosper. Welcome to Injustice Inc., the newest thriving business of Amerika. You might very well be the next customer. Our three branches of government – federal, state, and local — have completely failed ‘we the people’.

Where does CNN fit into this scenario? I quote E.P. Thompson, a British historian;

“The foulest damage to our political life comes not from the ‘secrets’ which they hide from us, but from the little bits of half-truth and disinformation which they do tell us. These are already pre-digested, and then are vomited up as little gobbits of authorized spew. “

A free and honest press is our last line of defense against complete tyranny. We need journalists to report the news and tell the truth. We do not need “flag waving patriots” who support the government at every turn, run only the stories their corporate owners approve of, parrot government statistics as if it was Gospel Truth, and generally fuck us in the ass against our will, while telling us to enjoy the experience.

Democracy is dying in Amerika — now often referred to as the Nazi sounding ‘The Homeland’ — being slowly strangled by the three branches of government. All the outward forms, structures, and platitudes – “They hate us for our freedoms” – is pure nonsense without a free and honest press. Are we really “citizens”, or are we fast becoming “subjects”? CNN (and the other two Great Whores) have the opportunity to help save democracy. Instead, all day and every day of the year they feed us state sponsored propaganda masquerading as news. Those sons’o’bitches are the real terrorists, traitors, enemy of the people, and the day is coming, I pray, when they will be swinging from the gallows at the hands of The Homeland’s citizens.

21st CENTURY REALITY vs. STORYLINE

I’m baffled by the storyline portrayed by the dying legacy media, sponsored by Wall Street and the CEO executive suites of mega-corps, and supported by the propaganda data agencies of the U.S. government. The BLS, BEA,  CBO, CNBC, CNN, and a myriad of other government sponsored letters present supposedly accurate data that is designed to convince the ignorant masses everything is fine and their lives are improving.

For anyone willing to uncover the facts and think critically about the storyline being presented, an entirely different reality is revealed. The simple chart below obliterates the “official” storyline. Do you have the uncomfortable feeling that your financial situation has been declining for the first 13 years of the 21st Century?

Your beloved government puppets and their Wall Street puppeteers have used their control of the mainstream media to fully utilize Edward Bernays’ propaganda techniques to convince you that your household income has actually risen by 28% since 2000. There is a reason the government run public schools don’t teach children about inflation. They might figure out how badly they are getting screwed by their owners.

In reality, even using the heavily manipulated CPI numbers issued by the BLS, REAL median household income in the United States has FALLEN by 7% since 2000. Most households in the U.S. have less annual income than they did 13 years ago.

But it gets better. Median REAL household income is down 8% since the peak in 2008. Now for the government statistic reality check. According to the government and their media mouthpieces, the economy bottomed in 2009, with 10.3% unemployment and GDP bottoming at $14.34 trillion. Since the “official” end of the recession in 2009, the unemployment rate has plummeted to 7.0% and GDP has surged to $16.9 trillion.

If this government reported data is true, how could REAL median household income still be 4% lower than at the END of the recession in 2009? If all these jobs were created and the economy has truly grown by 18%, REAL median household income must be higher than it was in 2009. But it’s not.

Do you still believe the storyline? Do you still believe in the American Dream of a better tomorrow? If you do, you’d have to be asleep.

Luckily for the ruling class, they have successfully “educated” the masses to not understand inflation or revolution would be on the horizon.

WHICH DRUG COMPANY KILLED THE 12 PEOPLE AT THE D.C. NAVY YARD?

The corporate mainstream media has no interest in the truth. They are corporations who care about the bottom line. Aaron Alexis was taking drugs created by one of the massive drug conglomerates for his mental disorder. The dude in Aurora was on drugs created by one of the humungous drug companies. The guy in Tucson was taking drugs invented by one of these multi-billion dollar institutions. The teenagers at Columbine were on psychiatric drugs. The fact is that these drugs produce the violent crazed outbursts of these killers. Supposedly mild dosages of sleep drugs like Ambien can scramble your mental faculties. These psychotropic drugs are 100 times more powerful. The drug  companies and their paid off doctor cronies are prescribing these drugs to millions of Americans and the true impact is being covered up by the corporate media and the medical industrial complex. The corporate mass media will gladly sacrifice truth and journalistic integrity in order to keep the billions in advertising dollars from these scumbag drug cartels.

A real journalist would be able to find out which drug company is responsible for the 12 deaths this week and shout it from the mountaintop. Don’t count on CNN, MSNBC, Fox or any of the faux journalists in the MSM to kill their advertising golden goose. This is just free market capitalism at its best.

Media Buries Psychiatric Drug Connection to Navy Shooter

Networks don’t want to risk losing $2.4 billion in ad revenue from pharmaceutical giants

Despite every indication that Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis was on SSRI drugs that have been linked to dozens of previous mass shootings, the mainstream media has once again avoided all discussion of the issue, preferring instead to blame the tragedy on a non-existent AR-15 that the gunman didn’t even use.

We now know that Alexis “had been treated since August by the Veterans Administration for his mental problems.”

As Mike Adams points out, “This is proof that Aaron Alexis was on psychiatric drugs, because that’s the only treatment currently being offered by the Veterans Administration for mental problems. Alexis’ family members also confirmed to the press that he was being “treated” for his mental health problems. Across the medical industry, “treatment” is the code word for psychiatric drugging.”

Alexis also suffered from PTSD, blackouts and anger issues – all of which are treated with SSRI drugs. The most common form of treatment for PTSD is Paroxetine, which is listed as the number 3 top violence-causing drug by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP).

The Navy Yard shooter was clearly on some form of psychiatric drug, but the media has shown no interest in discovering its identity.

Despite it being reported that prescription drugs were found in the apartment of ‘Batman’ shooter James Holmes days after the Aurora massacre, it took nine months to find out exactly what those drugs were. Like Columbine killer Eric Harris, Holmes had been taking Zoloft, another SSRI drug linked with violent outbursts.

The length of time it took to find out that Holmes was on Zoloft was partly because the media habitually shows zero interest in pursuing the link between anti-depressants and violence.

As the website SSRI Stories profusely documents, there are literally hundreds of examples of mass shootings, murders and other violent episodes that have been committed by individuals on psychiatric drugs over the past three decades. The number of cases is staggering.

Why is the corporate media so disinterested in pursuing this clear connection?

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the pharmaceutical giants who produce drugs like Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil spend around $2.4 billion dollars a year on direct-to-consumer television advertising every year. By running negative stories about prescription drugs, networks risk losing tens of millions of dollars in ad revenue.

While failing to ask questions about what SSRI drugs Aaron Alexis was taking prior to his rampage, the media instead blamed the shooting on assault rifles, even after it had been confirmed that no AR-15 was used by Alexis during the massacre.

FBI assistant director Victoria Parlave stated at a press conference on Tuesday that authorities, “do not have any information at this time that [Alexis] had an AR-15 in his possession.”

Despite there being no evidence that an AR-15 was used, the New York Daily News ran a front page headline yesterday morning entitled, “Same Gun Different Slay,” next to a picture of an assault rifle.

Hours after the FBI stated that no AR-15 had been used, MSNBC’s Alex Wagner, who previously blamed the Boston bombings on Alex Jones, continued to use an animated graphic depicting Alexis carrying an assault rifle during the massacre.

Anti-second amendment crusader Piers Morgan also erroneously blamed the shooting on “a man with a legally purchased AR-15, who just committed the same kind of atrocity as we saw at Sandy Hook, and Aurora,” during his CNN show on Monday.

CNN’s live news coverage also reported that Alexis had “recently purchased (an) AR-15 shotgun,” when in fact that purchase had been denied.

Both the New York Times and the Washington Post also falsely reported that an AR-15 had been found on Alexis after the massacre.

D.C. gun grabbers Dianne Feinstein and Dick Durbin also regurgitated the false claim that Alexis used an AR-15 during the rampage.

The U.S. press has once again behaved like state media in the aftermath of the Navy Yard shooting by pursuing the assault rifle angle – despite the fact that it was patently false – in order to bolster the White House’s gun control agenda.

In doing so, they have concurrently buried an integral aspect of mass shootings that needs to be highlighted as part of a national conversation – the clear connection between violent outbursts and SSRI drugs.

The Debt Ceiling Reality Show approaches its grand finale in the next week. The world breathlessly awaits the shocking conclusion. The debt ceiling will be raised. The world will be saved. Wall Street will rejoice. Americans can focus on the important stuff again, like Casey Anthony’s upcoming book, who will win this week’s Toddlers and Tiaras pageant, and the latest app created for their iPads. Based on my observations over the last few weeks, I’m absolutely sure that 90% of the politicians in Washington DC would lose on Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?

Still, the mainstream media and the performing puppet politicians need to create a fearful frenzy among the masses to insure maximum public relations exposure for their lies, misinformation, and mistruths. Wall Street will exert their control over the debate by threatening to crash the market if they don’t get what they want (aka TARP). I generally ignore the talking heads on Fox, MSNBC, CNN, and CNBC, as I could learn more from watching Cash Cab than listening to ideologues spouting their talking points. But, last night I happened to see an hour or so of Fox, CNN and MSNBC. I saw the full spectrum of right wing and left wing rhetoric and fear mongering. These stations should be ashamed to call themselves news organizations. They do not even purport to report the news. They spew talking points generated by the left and right, depending on the station’s bias. Truth is unavailable on the mainstream media.

What the public doesn’t see is the rooms filled with PR maggots in the bowels of Congress generating talking points and testing them in over night polls of the public. Their sole purpose is to generate a message that will convince the public the fiscal debacle is the fault of the other party. The goal is to gain an advantage in the next elections. The long term future of our country is unimportant to the soulless autobots that get paid to misinform and mislead the masses. Leaving unborn generations with an un-payable debt so we can selfishly cling to benefits promised to us by corrupt politicians who only made the promises so they could be elected, is the ultimate in egocentric myopia.

The deceptive talking points created in smoky backrooms in Washington DC and vetted by Madison Ave maggots are easy to detect. Each side pounds home the exact same phrases on every “news” station:

Republican Talking Points

  • We refuse to increase taxes on all Americans to fix a spending problem.
  • Spending has been out of control since Obama took control of the White House (reference $800 billion stimulus package, home buyer tax credit, and Obamacare).
  • Say that Obama doesn’t have a plan and mention his ten year budget.
  • Tell the American people Republicans are fiscally responsible and the real party of change.
  • The people told them to change Washington with the 2010 election.

Democratic Talking Points

  • The Tea Party EXTREMISTS have hijacked the Republican Party and want to destroy the country by forcing the country to default on its debt.
  • The Bush tax cuts and the Bush wars are to blame for the entire increase in debt and deficits.
  • The Republicans want to protect the richest Americans while cutting Medicare and Social Security benefits for the poor.
  • The Democratic Party will never cut Medicare or Social Security.
  • The Democrats are willing to compromise and act like adults, while the evil Republicans resist all offers to strike a deal.

Depending on your ideology, you will find yourself agreeing with the talking points that strike your fancy. Don’t worry; they’ve all been tested on sample groups of ignorant Americans in order to strike the right nerve. As I listened to that bald headed prick – James Carville – screeching on CNN last night about Bush’s wars and tax cuts causing our economic peril today, I wanted to reach into the TV screen and throttle the weasel faced demagogue. The National Debt on the day Bush took office was $5.7 trillion. On the day he left office the National Debt was $10.6 trillion, a $4.9 trillion increase in eight years. Today, the National Debt stands at $14.4 trillion, a $3.8 trillion increase in two and a half years. That sounds bipartisan to me.

Bush certainly did get the U.S. into two wars of choice and his tax cuts, tax rebate checks and expansion of Medicare have contributed trillions to our deficits. He deserves scorn and contempt. But, I do recall that Democrats supported the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq. I do recall that Democrats voted for the tax cuts. I do recall that Democrats were gaga about expansion of the Medicare program. A funny thing didn’t happen when Obama was elected. Defense spending did not go down. He increased spending on our war machine. His war budgets put Bush’s to shame. He doubled the war effort in Afghanistan. He upped the ante from two wars to three wars in Libya. The difference between most Bush and Obama policies has been indecipherable.   

Carville’s shrill diatribe against the Tea Party freshman in Congress was the most humorous piece of misinformation of his entire rant. He inadvertently struck upon the most revealing point of this entire debt ceiling farce. He said:

“These Tea Party congressmen act as if they don’t care if they are re-elected in 2012.”

And there you have it. These people are not doing what is in their own best interest to get re-elected. They have shocked the vested interests in Washington by sticking to their principles and not playing the games that left the country bankrupt. This is an outrage to non-principled shills like Carville and Rove. This behavior is declared EXTREMIST by the liberal pundits and self interested Washington hacks. People acting in the long- term best interests of the country are seen as EXTREME by neo-cons like Charles Krauthammer and moderate RINOs like John “Crash” McCain. The entrenched Washington ruling class is uncomfortable with any change. The establishment would prefer to lie to the American public again and let future generations worry about the $100 trillion unfunded obligations they’ve created.

Only in America would people trying to balance the national budget be branded extremists. Is the average American who spends less than they make an extremist? In the eyes of Washington politicians and mainstream media talking heads, you would be an extremist. Let’s peruse some facts and judge who the extremists are:

  • Federal government spending has risen from $1.9 trillion in 2001 to $3.8 trillion in 2011, a 100% increase. Federal government revenues grew from $2.0 trillion in 2001 to $2.5 trillion in 2008, before collapsing to $2.2 trillion today. GDP over this same time frame has grown 47%.
  • The annual Federal budget deficit in 2007 was $160 billion. Annual deficits between 2002 and 2008 ranged between 1% and 4% of GDP. Since 2009, annual budget deficits have exceeded $1.1 trillion and will continue to exceed $1 trillion as far as the eye can see. Annual deficits now exceed 10% of GDP.
  • The Federal government spends in excess of $1.2 trillion per year on the cost of present and past wars, or 55% of all tax revenues.
  • With a gun to their head from Wall Street banks, Congress handed over $700 billion of taxpayer money to the criminal banks that had just crashed the worldwide economic system with their casino gambling. These banks have been getting free money from the Federal Reserve since 2008 and have rewarded themselves with in excess of $70 billion in bonuses since 2008.
  • Obama handed $800 billion of pork to his constituents across the country in order to create 3.5 million jobs. The $800 billion is gone and we’re still waiting for the jobs.
  • The home buyer tax credit scheme cost Americans $22 billion, or $100,000 per additional home sold, and home prices are now 5% lower than they were before this worthless Keynesian scam. And prices continue to fall.
  • The Cash for Clunkers debacle cost Americans $3 billion, or $24,000 per junked car, as a payoff to Government Owned Motors and Obama’s union backers.
  • The taxpayer bailout of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac has cost Americans $160 billion so far, with at least another $150 billion to go.
  • The Federal Reserve tripled their balance sheet to $2.7 trillion and is now leveraged 55 to 1, twice the leverage of Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers when they failed. A 2% decline in the value of their assets wipes out their capital.
  • The government and Federal Reserve threatened the FASB into changing the accounting rules so the Too Big To Fail Wall Street banks could fraudulently report the value of the assets on their books, to appear solvent.
  • Obamacare will add 30 million people to the government controlled healthcare system, while adding mountains of new bureaucracy, and trillions of added costs.
  • And last but not least, the country goes $4 billion further into debt every day. Or for further perspective: $166 million per hour; $2.8 million per minute; $46,000 per second.

These are the facts of our current economic situation and the liberal mainstream media and slimy politicians like Chuck “I Love Wall Street” Schumer brand the Tea Party congressmen as EXTREMISTS for demanding an end to this out of control Roman orgy of spending. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so utterly disgusting and sad. The only serious proposal to reverse our course and steer away from the approaching iceberg was made by Tom Coburn a couple weeks ago. It was scorned by the ideologues on both sides of the aisle, as it slashed military spending, closed corporate and individual tax loopholes, ended subsidies, and really addressed Medicare and Social Security rather than changing the CPI index. It was DOA and so is this country.

The Boehner plan and the Reid plan are absolute jokes. The Boehner plan cuts $900 billion over ten years with, shockingly, a whole 2.5% of the savings in 2012. Why cut today when you can pretend to cut in the future? We are on track to add $10 trillion of debt over the next ten years and Boehner’s plan will only add $9.1 trillion to the national debt. That is cutting in Washington DC speak. Harry Reid’s plan is even funnier. His $2.2 trillion in “cuts” includes $1 trillion for wars that won’t be fought and the $375 billion of interest expense that won’t be expended for the wars that won’t be fought. No smoke and mirrors in that proposal. These revolting excuses for leaders have both proposed new commissions to recommend spending cuts that won’t be implemented. These brilliant ideas never grow tiresome and old.

The chart created by Mike Shedlock after Paul Ryan offered an alternative ten year budget three months ago shows you everything you need to know about who the real extremists in Washington DC are. The Ryan budget included much deeper cuts than anything proposed by Boehner or Reid and would still add $9 trillion to the National Debt by 2021. After examining this chart it is clear the establishment of both parties in Washington DC have no plan to cut anything. The good news is the national debt will never reach $23 trillion because our economic system will implode long before we approach that figure.  

When you see the old time party hacks and the shrill pundits declare that an agreement must be reached on these fake distant theoretical cuts, you know they just want to protect the status quo. These people have gotten rich from keeping the status quo intact. If EXTREMISM is living within your means, spending less than you bring in, addressing unfunded liabilities, and leaving a country where our children have a fair chance to have a decent future, then count me in the extremist camp. The time is approaching when we need to stand up and be counted. What kind of country shall we be? Do you care?
