Timothy Vaughn dutifully cheered the University of Missouri for a decade, sitting in the stands with his swag, two hot dogs and a Diet Coke. He estimates he attended between 60 and 85 athletic events every year—football and basketball games and even tennis matches and gymnastics meets. But after the infamous protests of fall 2015, Missouri lost this die-hard fan.

MAYBE THIS WILL START A TREND

More filthy scumbag CEOs need to pay the ultimate price for their criminal misdeeds. Maybe this will start a trend that spreads around the globe. How many people will shed tears if a few Wall Street CEO scumbags met a similar fate? Not many. The next leg down in this ongoing depression will lose lots of people lots of money. Angry men with weapons who have been screwed by Wall Street would be a welcome addition to this Fourth Turning.

Asset management firm’s chief in coma after attack during investor meeting

All is quiet on the trading floor at the Shanghai Stock Exchange, belying a volatile few months that left many investors short.

In a graphic example of the toll the Chinese stock market’s selloff is taking on some investors, a disgruntled Chinese man reportedly attacked the chief executive of an asset management firm after learning that he would not get back nearly $50,000 he invested with the company.

The assailant, who was not identified, stabbed Wang Jie, CEO of Global Wealth Investment, during an investor meeting, media reports said. The CEO, who was rushed to the hospital, remains in a coma.
