GOOGLE REPLACEMENTS

If you don’t already automatically block ads, you may have noticed there are quite a few new ads on the right side of the page. They look like the old Google ads, but they are with another company. I’ve actually signed up with three other companies to see if they can generate some revenue. The ads seem comparable to the old Google ads, but haven’t been generating the same level of clicks as the Google ads. I would never encourage anyone to click on ads that were not of interest to them. That would be ethically questionable. 🙁

These new companies actually assign me a real live person to contact. They try to match the ads to the interests of the readership. What ads do you think would be of interest to the most people on TBP? I can pass that info onto my contacts and maybe they can direct those types of ads onto the site.

And always remember

Admin- Have you looked into getting sponsors? A lot of bloggers have gone that route.

I’m getting sidebar ads for Appliances Online. Very convenient right now since we need a new dishwasher (seems I’m not good enough . . !), so I hope the Ad. revenue finds its way to you.

Strangely also getting ads for a NSW Health Fitness Programme. Might be a fair commute from Melbourne!!

Told the wife she’s on notice, there are hotties on the prowl. Asians, Russians, they all want a crack at me. Wife doesn’t seem worried. At all. What’s that mean?

I second the hot chick ads.
Let’s see Russian Women Want American Men ads-I understand those are very successful. Then again, the way things are going now, may I become a commodity on an American Men For Russian Women site? I think I could make a successful Russian woman very happy…

The most important box to click on from time to time is the one at the top that says, Donate.

I like the first proposal Stephanie made:
“Non corporate, non chain ads. Smaller private businesses.” and promoting the farmers posting here, I`ll add to what she said.
Peace

Ads for Google, Democratic fund raisers, Obamacare, Hilary in 2016, medicinal marijuana, rap and death metal bands, and Adblock Plus & other ad blocking programs.
