Teen Boy Shot and Killed by Cop for Flashing Headlights and Flexing Rights

Eaton County, MI — It was announced this week that the officer who shot and killed 17-year-old Deven Guilford for flexing his rights this past February, will not be charged for any crimes.

Deven was traveling along the road and flashed his lights at an officer because his headlights were so bright that they nearly made Deven run off the road. He was then pulled over by Sgt. Frost of the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office, who stopped the young man for no other reason than the fact that he flashed his lights.

When Frost approached the car, Guilford explained that he was simply flashing his lights to be a polite driver, and let the officer know that his high beams were on so he didn’t cause an accident.

The officer began to get aggressive with Guilford when he was not immediately obedient and attempted to flex his rights during the traffic stop. Guilford refused to show the officer his license and registration because he had broken no laws and the officer had no reason to stop him.

Guilford also began recording the encounter with his cell phone and let the officer know that he was filming for his own safety. He then asked the officer if he was being detained and for what reason. He was told that he was being detained because he refused to comply with Frost and show him his ID. However, not showing his ID is a secondary offense, meaning the officer would actually need a real reason to pull him over to begin with.

On a power trip, Frost violently ripped Guilford out of the vehicle and forced him down to the ground. Guilford attempted to remain filming while he complied with the officer’s orders and moved to the ground. Sadly, Guilford was not moving fast enough for Frost, so he tased the young boy. At this time, both the body camera and the cell phone footage got cut off.

Off camera, Frost shot and killed the young boy. The known details are sparse because the killing happened out of the view of the dash-cam, and the body camera was turned off at that point. However, the officer claims that the young boy attacked him, so he “feared for his life” and killed him, firing 7 shots from his weapon.

After the announcement that officer Frost would not be charged, the Guilford family released the following statement:

“There was no reason or necessity for the officer to physically remove our son from the car without considering other options to avoid an unnecessary violent escalation. It must be also noted that Deven was not in possession (of) any weapon and emphatically told the officer that he was not armed. We also have serious concerns about whether the officer used unreasonable force against Deven under the circumstances.”

If that was my son, I would spend my life to exact my own justice. I would not care about my life at all. I would plan in detail – nothing else in life would matter.

Arizona cop arrests naked woman after entering her home illegally

At some point during her conversation with the officers, Rossi said she wanted to get her cell phone in order to record the interview. On leaving to retrieve it, she heard footsteps behind her and then one of the officers told her to stop or she would be arrested, Rossi alleges.

The situation escalated when Rossi and her daughter began recording the episode anyway. Officer Rose can be heard asking Rossi if she wants to go to jail. He eventually moves in to arrest her.

“I don’t want to touch you! Don’t touch me,” Rossi can be heard saying in the video.

“You are under arrest. Please turn around and put your hands behind your back,” Rose says as he grabs her. At this point, Rossi and her daughter are yelling.

“I felt helpless. I felt violated. And honestly, I felt molested,” Rossi told ABC 15.

“The way he approached me was very aggressive and very angry. And it made me very uncomfortable.”

I’m with kokoda 10,000% and I don’t even have kids.

Having said that, your best bet is to keep your hands on top of the steering wheel, comply politely and live to fight another day. Your camera stands a better chance of surviving the encounter as well.

@ alwayspissed…don’t hold your breath…I’m still waiting on the white lives matter protests over the shooting of the five white soldiers in Tenn, by the mooslime bitch -boy..

The reality is white lives don’t matter to the cultural Marxists that control our all three branches of the US Thugacracy. They only need young white males when there’s a war to be waged.

While I’ll teach my kids to comply to stay alive, I’m with kokoda. One of my favorite movies is In The Bedroom. A father exacts his revenge. Vigilantism is justified and necessary when the system so fails.

Don’t challenge a cop on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Have your day in court. It’s simple…… and he resisted arrest. Could it be this young man brought this upon himself.

“The officer began to get aggressive with Guilford when he was not IMMEDIATELY OBEDIENT and attempted to flex his rights during the traffic stop” ———– from the article

Bullshit!!!

The copfuk wasn’t aggressive with the kid until the copfuk opened the kid’s door … then the copfuk needlessly escalated the situation. For four minutes the copfuk was rather patiently asking for the kid’s drivers license.

The KID fucked up. The kid WOULD be alive today if he simply handed over the documentation. Oh wait … he didn’t have his drivers license! So, I also call bullshit on the kid standing up for his rights. He was covering his ass.

That being said, it does NOT exonerate the copfuk. It was a fucking traffic stop about high-beams … and a child died! That’s ALL on him. Everything he said about “fearing for his life” his total complete utter fucking bullshit. There is zero indication (based on the previous four minutes) that this kid was violent. If anything, he was scared to death. And the fact that the copfuk’s body camera somehow turned itself off … just as the copfuk emptied his gun into the Felonious Highbeam Criminal should tell you everything you need to know about this copfuk’s uncontrollable rage.

If the father of this boy emptied his gun into this copfuk, and if I was on the jury, that father would walk away a free man. Then I would send him a medal.

Police brutality will only get worse and worse as time passes.

It doesn’t have to if at least these changes were made.

1. Completely revamp the hiring process. Things will drastically improve if they stop hiring; sociopaths, psychopaths, egomaniacs, and men with tiny penises.

2. Completely revamp Copfuk Training. Let’s start by training these maroons with the intelligence level of a chimpanzee that even UN-HOLSTERING their gun, let alone using it, is the LAST thing they do. Then teach them Basic Manners. Then drill into their tiny brains that they are PUBLIC SERVANTS, not public executioners.

3. When a shooting does take place, place the burden of ABSOLUTE proof that they “feared for their life” on the copfuk … instead of the current practice of simply taking the copfuk’s word. In fact, it might even make sense to removed the “I feared for my life” excuse away from them altogether.

4. Immediately fire copfuks involved in an unjustified shooting. No second chances. No exceptions. Prosecute each one, and if they are found guilty, execute them.

Chances of #1 happening ———— ZERO percent.
Chances of #2 happening ———— ZERO percent.
Chances of #3 happening ———— ZERO percent.
Chances of #4 happening ———— ZERO percent.

Therefore, it will get worse and worse and worse ….

….. until the sheep start barbecuing wolves.

There was hardly any local coverage of this. An amazing sweep-under-the-rug cover up. This is all I could find in one primary news source for that area:

Greetings,

I can tell you that the days of humans doing police work are numbered. Now that every single person carries with them a high definition video camera, every jurisdiction in the country is awash in lawsuits over police misconduct and police brutality. Some municipalities have considered disbanding their police and hiring private firms because the cost of liability insurance to insure the monsters they have working for them is directly affecting the pay and benefits that the other city workers would like to have.

Once we add to all of this driverless cars, the police will have lost their number one source of income which is to shake down the public as they travel from one location to another. All that will remain is actual crime which will best be handled by drones and other robotic systems. Yes, there will still be some humans in the loop but very few.

Cities like Phoenix generate 1/2 of their operating revenue by shaking down the public as they go about their business of going from one place to another. Once that is gone the money to pay for these clown costumed cowards will be gone as well.

This is the final generation of these guys and their legacy will be that of worthless cowards.

Stucky…..In Charleston back in the early 70’s the cops used to pull their guns out at you for blowing your nose . Then along came Ruben Greenberg…a black Jewish police chief . He always said that a cop should only pull his weapon out as a last resort…not the first. He made the guys fill out a lot of reports to justify the display of a weapon. In time the incidents of cops pulling their guns on the local populace decreased by 90% .

@bb,

Not delusional but an observer. I do a fair amount of media work for corporations that are developing these systems. Think Skynet is just something from a movie? Think again. It already exists. Driverless cars are on their way whether you like it or not as well. What part of my post didn’t you understand?

Things that we have today would have been thought impossible just 20 years ago. What we’re going to see in the next 20 years will be of an even greater change. I’ll give you a good scenario.

1. Driverless cars remove the need for and ability to pay for 90% of the police force.
2. 24/7 360 degree surveillance will make it difficult to be a criminal.
3. Certain “choke points” will be established at transit stations as well as strategic locations in every city. These choke points will not even need to be manned and will even just be part of the scenery. But, these choke points will ensnare a person of interest through facial recognition and bio sniffing.
4. People of interest will discover that their access to the internet, banking and even their vehicles is now gone. It will not be possible to travel very far or avoid detection from the drones overhead and the choke point stations.

All of this can be done, minus picking up the ensnared person, without any human interaction or input.

Once a person is in the system they will not need to be housed as I’ve seen what they’ve got planned for everybody. I hope all of you enjoy your “pain compliance” ankle bracelets. These will be programmed to only allow you to go to certain places at certain times. Stray away or do something silly like drink or take drugs and pain is on its way.

That is the world headed your way unless some god awful economic collapse gets to us first.

Enjoy.

That kid 100% deserved to be shot, have none of you seen the photos of what he did to the officer’s face after the failed tasing? He punched Frost in the face, several times.

If punching a police officer in the face doesn’t get you shot, what the hell does?

Here’s a list of the things this idiot kid could have done in the process of that trafffic stop to avoid getting himself killed.
1: Listened patiently and complied with direction
2: Produced documentation immediately when it was requested.
3: Comply with the officer’s instructions to exit the vehicle.
4: Lie down and assume the position immediately, obeying all instructions
5: (To avoid getting tased) Do not resist or struggle when the officer attempted to handcuff him.
6: Upon getting tased, do not -leap to your feet and start attacking an armed police officer- Jesus rollerblading Christ, I cannot stress this enough.

Dumb kid, got what he deserved.
