A Long, Hot Summer is Coming

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Whatever happens, it’s going to get ugly.long hot summer

If Trump is nominated, there will be riots – the Perpetually (and professionally) Aggrieved will take to the streets.

If Trump is denied the nomination, there will be riots – as the people come face to face with the true nature of the system they were taught to respect since childhood.

Not since 1861 has America been so clearly divided. These divisions transcend mere political differences of opinion over this or that policy. There is a fundamental schism. Irreconcilable differences. The two sides detest each other, have almost nothing in common. And so can no longer live together.

Trump has been likened to Hitler – which is unfair. He is no Hitler. He is a crony capitalist and some other things, too. Mussolini, maybe.

But he isn’t Hitler.Kasich

However, he is riding a wave – make that a tsunami – similar to the one that led to the chancellorship of the German Reich (as it was styled in those days) falling into the hands of the former gefreiter. The people of Germany had been driven to a state of desperation and frenzy by decades of economic evisceration of their country and thus, of themselves. Their country had been ruled over by a revolving, insular cabal of greedheads and frauds, some nothing more than puppets of financial interests, who milked the cow for their and their masters’ benefit.

Sound familiar?

People lacked jobs – and those who did have them felt insecure in them. Depraved elements seemed to be having a field day. Things appeared to be falling apart all around them.

The people had had enough … genug.

And in their desperation, elected Der Fuhrer.

People forget this – or never learned this.

Hitler did not seize power, He was freely elected by a majority in an election whose results are not and never were disputed insofar as whether ballots were stuffed or otherwise rigged. They weren’t. The people turned to Hitler because there was – as they saw it – no one else to turn to.GOP Establishment

When one is drowning, one tends not to be picky about the life preserver one grabs.

Today, the life preserver – as he is seen by his supporters – is Trump.

People have had enough of Beltway Conservative greedheads and frauds. The Mitt Romneys and Jebs! and other Bushes (which includes Ted Cruz and his wife, both Bushes in every way except DNA). They have flashed on to the reality that electing any of these people will mean More of The Same. More “free trade” deals that are as free as China. More Wall Street pilfering of their livelihoods to benefit “shareholder value.” More work for less pay. More wars, endlessly. Less and less freedom – all the while prattling about it and waving the flag ever more furiously.

They have had genug.

Trump may not be a Libertarian savior – any more than he is a revenant Hitler. But he is not one of them. And the people revere him for this. He is their weapon – the first one they’ve actually got their hands on since at least 1964 – with which they hope to at least stab out an eye, if only for hate’s sake.sellouts

It’s that bad – or that good, depending on your perspective.

The rictus of choreographed outrage directed Trump’s way by the House Organs of DC-New York GOP, Inc., speaks volumes about the mortal danger the establishment is in for the first time in literally living memory.

It’s interesting to recall the motto emblazoned on the standards of the NSDAP. It was Deutschland Erwache!

Germany Awake!

America is awakening.

And the greedheads and frauds who’ve been milking the country for years are absolutely petrified. Because no matter what happens now, they are done.

A Trump nomination – and likely victory in November over the obvious fraud Hillary (despite her core support among embittered lesbians and such, she is as “liberal” as The Chimp was a “conservative”… and the people (including people on the political left) know this… she’s a tool, another greedhead… it is why Sanders, an honest socialist, has been embarrassing her for months) will be the ruin of the DC-New York GOP, Inc. They will be turned out like cur dogs, lucky to find work as Starbucks barristas and Wal Mart “associates” – which would be orgiastic to see. Imagine, for instance, Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity with aprons around their waists, asking whether you’d like them to leave room for cream… .

Deny Trump what he has earned – what the people obviously want – and the GOP will find itself as delegitimized as the Ceausescu regime circa fall, 1989.

And just might experience the same fate.

It could not happen to a more deserving crowd.

The LA Times posted this picture on their website (which I saw via Drudge Report). The caption is this:

“Protester Bryan Sanders, center left, is punched by a supporter of Donald Trump as he is escorted out of Republican presidential candidate’s rally at the Tucson Arena on March 19. (Mike Christy / Associated Press)”

I’m calling BS on the caption. I think it’s backwards. Since when do Bernie Sanders supporters wear an American flag as a shirt? Those move.on assholes and Bernie supporters such as Thomas DiMassimo, who dragged an American flag on the ground in the video below, despise the flag.

Made a first pass through the taxes last night. ObamaCare requires those who work independently to (1) Estimate your next year’s income, (2) Take their figures for what your “subsidy” is, and (3) Make good any discrepancy in your NEXT year’s taxes. Talk about a nightmare!
If you work independently, you may not be able to predict the future. I guess a figure last year, which I undershot by about 8% due to a poor economy. Therefore, I should have gotten a rebate, right?
WRONG! My eldest can no longer be considered a “dependent”, having turned 26 a few years ago. Now, my eldest currently qualifies as a “boomerang” kid, having gone off, failed to accomplish a solid job, and come back. This is irrelevant to the Feds; eldest is not my dependent for having lived 9 months last year in my basement, eaten my food, and had little income ($4700) from a part-time job. $4700 is enough to qualify as earning a living to the Feds! So I had one fewer dependent than I projected, while estimated tax payments were insufficient to cover the projected tax liability PLUS the ObamaCare premiums overrun (eldest was never ON ObamaCare, but that didn’t matter; my household was three not four as I expected, so I guessed wrong). My April tax liability is still $1600+.

This is unsustainable. I await the Crunch with some anticipation, since nothing less will teach the unteachable what reality is. If Trump is Mussolini then we deserve no less; Hitlery would be even worse, so there’s no downside with Trump there. Cruz has no chance and Kasich even less, not that either would be capable of running a kindergarten, much less a Constitutional republic that has morphed into an oligarchy. Dark days will be a relief from slow suffocation.

I’m tired of being penalized to provide support to all the ” poor single mothers”,” the poor black misunderstood thugs” ” the poor illegal immigrants. The sick thing of this is that all these programs to help the poor are setting the stage for the destruction of white productive Americans. We have one or two kids while the hordes which we support through our taxes breed each more fucked up generation after generation . Compound this with our shipping food and aid to every third world shithole who now have huge populations they cant support do to our feeling sorry for them .LOL

How nice that I’m told by a skinhead that I contribute nothing to this site, I live in a shitbox, and that I love a basketball team (go IU !!!) that would fucking rape my wife ………. and 8 of you approved.

With friends like you all, who needs enemies?

Ms Freud read all the filth this skinhead put forth in this thread, and she was absolutely aghast. She wondered if it would just be best to move on. Can’t say the thought hasn’t occurred to me.

@stucky- I am definitely not a skin head. I’m actually a well educated individual and thoroughly enjoy the economic based articles on this site. I just become infuriated when people refuse to see reality.

The shit slinging commenced with you and I just responded in kind. You should be old enough to have acquired a thicker set of skin by now.

Marty said, ” The sick thing of this is that all these programs to help the poor are setting the stage for the destruction of white productive Americans. ”

Agreed with one proviso: “the destruction of ALL productive Americans”. I know some hard-working folks who have plenty of melanin, being Tongan, Hispanic or otherwise darker than I am; I have no problem including ANYONE who works for a living and makes something worthwhile on my side.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, not so much.

jamesthewanderer, re: obamacare for self-employed. +1000!

Can I EVER relate!. I could write a book about my adventures in obamacare. People who have insurance through their employers have no earthly idea just how hosed up it all is.

Hey Teri!
“People who have insurance through their employers have no earthly idea just how hosed up it all is.”

THIS might be one reason why the Deep State refuses to repeal / defund / revoke ObamaCare; if you work for a major corporation with computers, compliance officers, HR departments, etc. all your finances are under THEIR control. Every dime you make working for a major corporation is accounted for, taxed before you get it, KNOWN and CONTROLLED.

If you work for yourself, even for checks, they have to expend effort to make sure what you report is what your clients sent you, that all your income is reported, that you pay your taxes, etc. If you work with multiple clients they must verify multiple income sources; if you work for cash they are at least partly at your mercy (they don’t have enough agents to root through tens of thousands of returns looking for a $2000 total discrepancy, which you MIGHT actually be able to explain, etc.)

ObamaCare being an inexplicable, inscrutable nightmare might be a ploy on the part of TPTB to MAKE you join a major corporation where they can control / track you, just to get away from their insane requirements and “gotcha” gimmicks. If YOU were the IRS would you want this ObamaCare insanity to administer? Or as a government overlord, would you want to force more Americans into major corporation command & control since you can command & control the corporations?

It boggles the mind how evil these people are.

“I’m calling BS on the caption”

RiseUp, I saw the vid on youtube. The asshole protestor’s name was Sanders. He was pretending to be a KKK member at a Trump rally and got punched by a Trump supporter. The Trump supporter who punched him was handcuffed and led away.

Search youtube for “black Trump Supporter punches KKK protestor”.

James the wanderer, thanks for pointing out all the yellow, olive, brown even black who work dam hard to make a buck.

Shmucky, don’t let that jerkoff run you off. If a silent majority were really living in the distant past, most people would drive out of my shop without doing business, but that never happens.

Araven – the Clinton attack on Obama is interesting in that I thought Hillary was being cautious in order to maintain favor with her old boss WRT her potential indictment. The fact that Bill has sent a shot across the bow, tarnishing The Won’s Legacy, makes me think they might have already received word that no charges will be forthcoming. Time will tell.
