Boehner, a lawyer, is “suing” Obama for illegal executive action taken by our lawless, feckless president. Is this a joke? A lawsuit? Is a jury going to award damages to the American people? This is the kind of joke our government has become. He needs to be stopped, immediately, with an impeachment prosecutor and article of impeachment filed. I don’t remember reading anywhere in the Constitution or Bill of Rights about filing lawsuits against a fascist dictatorial President that is completely and utterly out of control. Obama doesn’t seem to think Congress, the House, The Supreme Court, laws, his own party, or anything else applies to him. He believes, in his narcissist sociopathic psychotic brain that he can just do whatever he wants, with his pen and phone, and it will be done. Obama’s mind must be crumbling, making him even more dangerous. His hubris knows no bounds, and many people are openly questioning his sanity. Yea, what better way to stop this abusive despot than file a lawsuit. We’re doomed.

BHO’s enemies thru his looking glass are all to be brushed away and put in the dustbin of his history for him to achieve his goals..along with the aide of other federal heads of governmental departments like the EPA, IRS and the DHS, just to name a few. In his mind, he and his cohorts will not be stopped…and so far they haven’t been, so why should he think differently…hmm?
I could go on and on, but you all get the big picture and know full well how the King and his cohorts work by now. He’s a power-grab, power-mad enemy within…and it seems he will not be stopped by anything or anyone, anytime soon…if ever! Yet he must be stopped before it’s far too late…we’re on the brink of destruction now, just as he designed with his real transformation of America. – Agenda completed. Valerie Jarrett is proud….so is Soros, along with many other uppity-up evil entities behind the scenes.
Men in little white coats need to come and carry him away in a straitjacket…ASAP! Of course we need to throw in some law enforcement officers provided with handcuffs for future use to that mix as well!
The leftists are insane…we must fight their insane world and bring back our country to some sense of sanity, morality and normalcy, just as our forefathers fought and died for since the beginning of our beloved nation before it’s far too late, if it isn’t already.

Obama racking up judicial losses as Supreme Court rules on Obamacare, union dues
President Obama suffered two final defeats in the Supreme Court on Monday, capping a 2013-2014 term in which the justices delivered several judicial hits to the White House while taking a firm stand against the unchecked power of the state.
The administration’s losses on Obamacare rules and compulsory union dues served as a rebuke on the Supreme Court’s final day after months of judicial decisions to rein in big government on issues such as snooping without a warrant, campaign finance restrictions and Mr. Obama’s recess appointment powers.
Obama’s biggest White House ‘fails’
Just as damning was the way the court ruled in some of those cases. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. corralled unanimous votes on privacy and recess appointments — cases that dealt stinging defeats to Mr. Obama, himself a lawyer and former lecturer on constitutional law.
In the more than five years that Mr. Obama has been in office, the court has rejected the government’s argument with a 9-0 decision 20 times.

Gohmert: US Will Become ‘Third World Nation’ If Feds Don’t Enforce Immigration Laws

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, warns that the United States will become a third world nation if the federal government does not enforce its immigration laws.
Speaking to “The Sean Hannity Show,” the Republican lawmaker said the country will be destroyed if the U.S. continues to allow thousands of immigrants to cross the border illegally.
“You’ve got to follow the law. You cannot bring hundreds of thousands of people in this country without destroying the country,” Gohmert told Hannity. “Then there’s no place that people can dream about coming.”
Gohmert stated that it’s the government’s job to defend the U.S. “against anybody that would overwhelm the country and bring it down.”
“It’s always been such an irony, though, that people would flee a country that’s got … drug cartels, people that ignore the law, or bribe people to look the other way,” Gohmert said. “So they don’t have jobs there so they come to the United States because we’ve mostly been a nation of laws where the rule of law matters. But then once they are here, they say now we want you to ignore the rule of law, which ironically is like the country they came from.”

Gohmert continued: “Either we’re going to enforce our law and remain strong economically and otherwise, or we ignore the rule of law and go to being a third world nation.”
Gohmert’s comments come as President Barack Obama announced Monday that he will not rely on Congress and take executive actions to fix much of the immigration system as he can on his own.

Excellent link, deserves its own post. It’s funny how the measure of a man is no longer being the best father you can be. I myself have no fear of my measure, kids still hug me, kiss me and say I love you as I to them every morning before I leave for work and every time one of us leaves the house for any reason. They are 18 and 20 neither is embarrassed in the least by public displays of affection. I have many many shortcomings, but being a strong and loving father is not one of them. Too bad so many men have missed the chance to watch their kids grow up and help them become adults just so that they can go out and have a few tokes and a 40. When and if they grow old they they might sadly realize what they missed and maybe, just maybe convey this to their children. I won’t hold out any false hope though.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama defiantly dared congressional Republicans on Tuesday to try to block his efforts to act on his own and bypass a divided Congress that has thwarted his policy initiatives.
“So sue me,” he taunted on a sweltering day, as he pushed lawmakers to pay for road and bridge repairs. “I’m not going to apologize for trying got do something.”
Obama struck an aggressive tone in the face of a lawsuit threat from House Speaker John Boehner and in the wake of two defeats before the Supreme Court, including a unanimous decision from the court that he overreached when he appointed members of the National Labor Relations Board while the Senate was in recess.
His remarks came a day after Obama declared that he would act on his own to address weaknesses in the nation’s immigration system after Boehner informed him that the House would not take up an immigration overhaul this year.
He has already taken a series of executive actions, including an order requiring federal contractors to pay a higher minimum wage and initiating steps to to lower carbon emissions in coal-fired power plants.

God-Government demands everybody embrace “diversity” (read: white genocide) to the point of forfeiting their freedom of association and nullifying our borders? Then anyone who dares protest is a frothing-at-the-mouth, hate-filled, racist, xenophobic, nativist, white supremacist, and deserves to have their livelihoods demolished.
God-Government demands everyone accept paraphilias as perfectly normal and in utero infanticide as an unmitigated moral good? Then to deny this makes you a backwards, bible-thumping, Flying Spaghetti Monster-worshipping laughingstock, and you deserve to be sued into oblivion.
