Oh Jeebus, now Loopy will be hatin’ on Raggedly Ann. Some people just have to die for the greater protection of the herd.

I’ve been “downsizing” the quantities of stuff I have over the last few weekends and came across my old Raggedy Andy doll I received as gift when I was born. It’s got a music box inside and is in decent shape but I have absolutely no use for it so I tossed it in the trash. My wife grabbed it and found it is worth $75-$100.

Most of you are under the impression that a small pox vax lasts a lifetime, not true, average is 15 years. TPTB have kept that one really quiet, wonder why?

Dahum, that’s just too much information.

Do you still play with dolls, big boy? C’mon …. tell the truth.

Nope Stuck, poor ole Andy has been riding in boxes for the better part of 50 years now. I had two aunts that were Catholic nuns in Pueblo, CO and he was a gift from them. I actually don’t remember playing with him as a kid. Mom took him away at some point to protect him I’m sure. My brothers and I were hellions! I still have my first Teddy Bear too. All of his appendages have been sewn back on several times including his head. He took quite a beating and I remember him well. I do remember using him to beat on my brothers from time to time.

I have my first pair of Levi’s and a little red checked shirt plus a little handmade Mexican poncho/vest as well. It looks remarkably similar to the one Eastwood wore in the Trilogy series of movies. Despite my current heathen ways I was Christened as a Catholic shortly after birth. My uncle and godfather was a Navy man and stationed in Rota, Spain. He traveled to the city of Toledo, Spain and bought a Christening dress for me that I have as well. It is completely hand made including several yards of lace that it is adorned with. It is as long a woman’s wedding dress and absolutely beautiful. When you open the box it practically glows!

When I was in high school we took a trip to Toledo and the shop that sold it was still in business in an ancient old building. I have no idea what to do with it as I have no use for it. I wore it once for an hour or two before I ever had memories. It’s probably worth quite a bit.

I did NOT know.

No wonder I always liked her so much. My R.A. doll died a well-loved death decades ago. She survived me but sometime during the next four kids bit it and could not be cobbled back to life.

@KaD, for antique stuff, Etsy, f&ck Ebay, evil empire bastards.

Soon after his daughter’s death, Johnny is asked to create an illustration to accompany an article, “Vaccines Killed My Two Sisters.” The cartoon is a clever and effective work, reflective of Johnny’s style which is familiar to the readers of the magazine. However, they are not prepared for the note which Mr. Gruelle encloses with his single drawing. It reads:

“Having recently lost our only daughter through Vaccination (in public school, without our consent) you may realize how terribly HUMOROUS the subject of vaccination appears to Mrs. Gruelle and myself. Of the seven physicians called in on the case, six pronounced it in emphatic terms MALPRACTICE. The seventh did not commit himself, being the head of the school board and a firm advocate of vaccination.”
