Worse, the attack didn’t occur during the heat of the moment inside the theater. The woman tells WNEP that the girls jumped her after the film let out:
“They immediately jumped on me and knocked me to the ground, punched me in the face,” she said, adding that the original girls were waiting with five other teens.
She tells WNEP that she hopes someone will come forward to help police catch the young suspects:
“They were in my face. Their face is in my head. If I see them again or in a line up, I know exactly who they are,” Santamaria-Williams said.
Stroud Area Regional Police Chief William Parrish says authorities are looking at video from the mall.
No word on what the movie was that started all this.

Kids who did things like this used to spend a year in a juvenile lockup. And if they were over age 17, they were charged as adults with assault and battery, a very serious charge.

Earlier this week we discovered our dishwasher was leaking underneath. The wife and I had Friday off and had planned to make our bi-monthly Costco run. I was in no mood to deal with the sheople at Costco. The idiots waddling around and blocking aisles while waiting for more “free samples” to stuff their pie holes is just too much to bare sometimes. I suggested that my wife hit Costco and I’d suss out the dishwasher and repair if I can. My precise words were “Why don’t you hit Costco and I’ll stay here and remain my usual, cheerful self while fixing the dishwasher?”
Good thing I didn’t go. Turns out two fudge packers decided to lecture my wife on the evils of bleach as she put bleach in her cart. Their very first comment to her was something about her killing the environment just so she could have a clean toilet. It’s a damn good thing I wasn’t there. That kind of shit NEVER happens when I’m with her which is probably for the better.
My wife is too nice to tell them to mind their own business. I’m a big enough asshole to tell them to choke on a dick and fuck off in a manner that allows the whole store to hear it. If I had been there I’d probably would have followed them around and commented about every item they put in their cart.
So after my wife relates the story to me I said “See, I stayed here, got the dishwasher fixed and I’m still my usual, cheerful self.” She replied that it was a good thing I stayed home.

Refusing to mention the race of a criminal attacker or suspect in print has the deliberate purpose of obscuring the extent of black crime -in some areas of the country Hispanic as well and mention of citizenship status is almost always avoided- from internet searches looking for racial factors in crime.
You can print the picture easily enough since it is hard to search for race in an internet search of perp pictures (impossible actually).
It’s done to such a great extent that you can usually assume the perp/suspect is black if the race is not mentioned (i.e. “the police are looking for a man in his late teens or early twenties” as if you can determine someone’s sex and age without being able to determine their race).

T4C, she bought the bleach (3 one gallon bottles in a box for $9.99) but never said anything to the packers of the fudge. It’s one of the things that irritates me about her. It’s probably her calm demeanor that keeps me out of jail and she definitely keeps me from becoming a hermit. Without her I’d go to work, hole up the rest of the time and spend vacation (if I took one) in the woods somewhere. I’d probably pay someone to shop for me too. I really have no need for vacations since I like my job so much.
