I am not aware of any stories out of the EU where cops fired on a vehicle because it was of the same type that was driven by a dangerous person (even though the brand and color did not match).
Also I do not remember any stories of police in the EU setting a dwelling on fire because a suspect was hiding there.
No stories about beating homeless people to death because they were sleeping outside.
Obviously Ukraine is going for US standards and must be trained to increase the level of police brutality.

I like to think that if I were loaded up and watching some cop point a gun directly at one of my kids, I’d take the top of his brainstem off, switch him off like a light. Damn it, a photo that shows you pointing a loaded weapon directly at someone you aren’t targeting for immediate destruction should be INSTANTANEOUS, no-appeal-possible firing, with 100% loss of any pension accrued.
Pointing loaded guns directly at people is the crap that passes for normal during foreign military occupations. It should never, absolutely NEVER happen with cops. Half of them are too ignorant to keep their fingers outside the trigger guard, anyway, and apparently some are too stupid to tell the difference, by feel, between a handgun and a Taser.
