It’s a good thing as if you can’t make an educated decision you shouldn’t be voting at all. Not that there really is much difference between our appointed political choices. If I had my way I’d put things back to how the Founders intended – only property owners would be allowed to vote.
I would suggest that at the very least, passing a literacy test would be necessary to vote. Part fot he test should be on the Constitution. If you do not at least broadly understand the Constitution, you should not be able to vote.
