The fucker on the scooter does not exactly look diasbled. The cops just took a spot normally filled by one of the faux disabled elephants that trundle around. Weighing 800 pounds ain’t no fucking disability, but those land whales seem to get away with it.

In my neighborhood a half dozen copfuks gather every afternoon for a snack at Chipotle. They sit at a couple of tables pushed together in the middle of the joint and sneer at anyone who walks through the door (assuming my experience is typical).
