The picture contains a LOT of color. Blues in particular. Vision is a bit like pushing on foam that takes a little bit to return to its original shape… so when you suddenly switch to a white background what you are seeing is the effect of your vision physically adjusting.

We never finished our conversation on waves, KB. I read that electromagnetic waves are light waves, some are visible to us and others are not, these are used as radio waves and they propagate at the same speed as visible light, of course. That tripped me out for a second to think electrical current can become lightwaves but then I realized a lightbulb does the same thing, it converts electrical energy to light.

I do not know where the mind sources light for dreams, there was a study on some blind subjects, they found that a blind person was able to navigate around cones placed in his path, he couldn’t see them but he avoided them.
