I think Federal law (USSC leaving other Federal Court ruling intact) would be in conflict with this.

Is It Legal To Film Police?

This Judge might have made a ruling that will result in the USSC taking it up under a direct ruling if this is appealed since it gives conflicting Federal rulings in different Jurisdictions (you have a right in one State but not in another by Federal law is a conflict).

The police (state) always tells us we have nothing to fear from them if we have nothing illegal to hide. So, applying that principle to the police, what do the police have to hide from the people that employ them?
