I suspected an attack when I saw the video of it (certainly didn’t look like a high wind scenario to me) but haven’t seen anything to support my suspicions.
The Islamic’s and some other breakaways from our allies during the various shakeups did manage to get a fair number of American AA missiles from what I understand.
Link -even a minor one- would be appreciated.

There is an error in the Russian spelling, it’s not челоьек. It is – человек –
Pronounced chelovek = human
In Cyrillic the letter b as in your post, has the sound of ‘b’. The letter ‘B’ has the sound of ‘V’ and is a completely different letter. Different letter, different word.
Now run человек through google translate and you should be given the correct translation.

Sorry i am half blind and was using the itty bitty onscreen cyrilic keyboard when i typed that and mistook soft sign for the “B”. i took couple semesters russian 34 years ago and i’m rusty – so sue me 🙂
