All those hundreds of thousands, and even millions of whatever ………… and then there’s Linkedin, with a measly 120 accounts. haha

Anybody here use that shit app? I still get requests from time to time …. I immediately delete them without even reading it. I mean … “FUCK YOU!” … if I haven’t contacted you in all these years, then I’m obviously not interested in your skank ass. Fuck off.

Wonder what percentage of all that activity is actually being used for something of real use and productivity (i.e. YouTube videos used for educational purpose instead of entertainment)?

“WhatsApp is a free to download messenger app for smartphones. WhatsApp uses the internet to send messages, images, audio or video. The service is very similar to text messaging services however, because WhatsApp uses the internet to send messages, the cost of using WhatsApp is significantly less than texting. It is popular with teenagers because of features like group chatting, voice messages and location sharing.”

Explainer: What is WhatsApp?

BS, my computer gets cluttered with ads that block the article I want to read, or switching me to some ad page, or are pumping some noise ad so I can’t think, or locking itself up with some popup etc that there needs to be 45% slice of NYC shit spam.

rhs,

You can block your computer being able to access to the originating sites for objectionable, questionable, or otherwise untrusted ad, hijacking, or popup sites using the Hosts file in Windows.

It’s an easy process and instructions can be found on the internet if you don’t know how.

Saves a lot of worry about spyware, malicious instructions, browser hijacking, viruses and such if you use it judiciously (be careful not to block legitimate sites you want to access).

The internet will FUCK you UP!! This just happened moments ago.

Sooo …. I’m painting the living room. I’m too busy to throw lunch together, and so is Ms Freud. OK, we’ll order something from our favorite pizzeria. But, something other than a pizza.

Me: How about a calzone … or maybe a stromboli?

Ms. Freud: What’s the difference?

So, I tell her … but she needs to see a picture. Okaay …

I googled in this ——-> “difference between calzone and stromboli”. The very first entry is titled —“Know Your Italian Sandwiches: Calzone vs. Stromboli …” ……. and it’s from a joint named “Mama Gina’s Pizzeria”.

Now this is where YOU play along!!

1. Copy and paste my google search above into google.

2. Click on the Mama Gina’s Pizzeria.

3. Let me know what you think.

Please do it. This not not a joke, or me bullshitting around. It only takes a few seconds. Some of you will enjoy the stromboli picture … or, is it a calzone? You decide.

An Ohio teenager accused of livestreaming the rape of her 17-year-old friend has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges stemming from the alleged incident in February.

Marina Lonina, 18, a student at New Albany High School, outside Columbus, was attempting to record the assault as evidence, her attorney, Sam Shamansky, said during a court appearance Friday.

“She’s in the habit of filming everything with this app called Periscope,”

“She got caught up in the ‘likes.’ ”

Jr, just a suggestion:

For internet use, install one of the Puppy Linux distros on your machine.

http://puppylinux.org/main/Download%20Latest%20Release.htm

There are excellent instructions for use on the page, as well as a wiki and a forum for help from experienced users.. This operating system can be installed on your hard drive and can coexist with your Windows O/S, or you can just burn it to a disc and use it to boot up and surf. It can be installed on a usb drive so you can take it with you and use it on other computers.

The puppy Slacko O/S has the Firefox browser in a linux version and an adblock that can allow the ads on this site if you like. There’s a flash version for linux that works very well and is much easier to update than the Windows version of flash. The desktop works like a Windows desktop, though no double click is needed to start your browser or any other program on your desktop.

Most malware is designed to attack Windows, and/or Mac. Linux distros just shrug off the everyday stuff you were describing. Also, don’t use Google. Use Ixquick or another anonymous search engine.

I started using a puppy distro for web surfing and eventually just switched to puppy for everyday use.

I have Win7 on its own hard drive on a few of my machines and use that for stuff like Turbotax and other programs made exclusively for Windows. Slacko Puppy is what I use for everything else.

I thought porn was a multi-gazillion dollar business, or is that the “527,760 Photos Shared” per minute?

Mama Gina is selling a lot more than Calzone………………..I had a 90% percent hunch I was going to see something along the lines of what was on the that site. Lot’s of women with a lot of free time to play with their technology.

Easier than messing with Windows hosts file or Linux, just get Ghostery for free. It’s a snap to install and let’s you decide which 3rd party ads to view (or none at all). If you go to a site with embedded video, just click the Ghostery icon and choose to allow it with a page refresh. Works great for me.

Yawn.. what a surprise eh ?
The mindless masses engaging in mindless frivolous time-wasting shit.

More useful perhaps is an indicator of WHAT people are searching for…

The 100 Most Popular Google Keywords to Inspire 2024

Sad ain’t it…

No mention of keywords like economy, collapse, financial, environment, corruption, greed, future etc etc.
The masses are all living on Fantasy Island with reality nowhere to be seen.
So be it. Nature picks the best to survive…most won’t.
