Others will try, but…………..Knowing how the elite scum in power behave, I believe Brexit will not happen. Odds are that the leader who replaces Cameron will seek a ‘deal’ with the EU for more favorable terms for Britain; once achieved, UK will inform its citizens of the great new deal for the the UK and Brexit will be scrapped.

It seems interesting that most of those wanting to leave are the productive countries.

Read earlier somewhere that the EU stands to loose a trillion dollars that they were anticipating coming to them from England. Maybe true, maybe not (the amount), but I have a hard time seeing how the UK keeping such a large amount of its own money for itself will be a bad thing for the UK.

It would be sort of like us leaving NATO and not having to bear the brunt of Europe’s defense costs, maybe we could get our debt under control if we did.

Yes, I believe it is. As I predicted on the QOTD on June 22 the Brits did vote to leave, and now others will follow. It seems to me that the Brits had everything to gain and nothing to lose by walking away from the EU. It may be painful initially, but in the long run they will be better off as will those that follow and exit the elitist, crony-capitalist, protectionist racket called the EU.

Some one posted this video last week which explains very well the stakes and offers many clues about the current situation. It’s very good – I’ve watched it twice. It is long, but excellent.

If you lift the Scottish kilts anymore you would see more pussy than balls. I guess they, understandably, never really recovered from losing 40% of their men during WWI. My clan (MacGillivray) left for Canada and the U.S. long ago. And good on the Welsh for seeing things clearly.
