Huge disappointment to me. Am suspicious that he was propped up by Goldman Sachs to discredit and demoralize those who agree with his conservative positions.
Trump still has my vote but not my heart. His greatest quality is that he is not Hillary. I know what she will do and only fear that Donald might do the same.
At the Convention, it were a good speech. The kind of speech that plays all the platitudes, plucks the heart strings of the Conservative audience, and were a politicians delight.
Trouble is, I have a real suspicion of those kind of speeches. I instinctively reach for my back pocket to see if my wallet is still there and it just struck a raw nerve when Cruz smiled that slick smile after every audience applause. I felt I was being bamboozled by a used car salesman.
Listening to the smooth Cruz’s speech, I feel like I have to hide my daughters and guard my chickens because the Gypsies are in town.
That’s all I know about Cruz and all I care to know unless I move to Texas.
