I like the simplified decision matrix better. I have noticed that sober people use this matrix and conduct themselves more professionally than I ever did. In the past, I had relied on the first schematic. It is a childish decision matrix.

In my defense, I was working for a communist regime. The boss governed the smallest aspect of our lives even though we were not aware of the insidious control we lived under.

It was only when I moved on to another job that I noticed how much anxiety I was feeling. The new boss assigned our duties and left. It took me a long time to get used to freedom again.
