QUOTE OF THE DAY

“Books are the carriers of civilization. Without books, history is silent, literature dumb, science crippled, thought and speculation at a standstill. Without books, the development of civilization would have been impossible. They are engines of change, windows on the world, and lighthouses erected in the sea of time.”

extending the PC theory into the future, a great many books will find an inferno waiting. reading coolidge and his war on debt, fast forward to present an obama. congress was anxious to spend all the surpluses after all the efforts made to create those same surpluses. admin’s observations will only change like they did in 1929. amish never missed a beat then nor will they now.
