Trump Picks Climate Change Skeptic for EPA

Guest post by Martin Armstrong

President-elect Trump’s appointment of Scott Pruitt is a major change from the Obama Administration’s insane EPA ‘climate’ regulations. Trump’s pick of Pruitt clearly means that he is standing up to the green establishment. Historically, EPA chiefs have all been just climate change advocates. Trump met with Al Gore and Leonard DiCaprio who are Global Warming advocates, listened to them, and then ignored their advice.

global-warming-cavemenGlobal Warming has become a religion, not a science. The so called paranoid environmentalists REFUSE to listen to any evidence that shows the climate changes have not been caused by man. They focus only of CO2 and not the energy output of the sun, which has led to all migrations for millions of years. There would never have been a reason to leave your cave unless you had to because of weather. Al Gore previous said all ice would be gone by now. We are headed into a new mini-ice age (hopefully mini).

No matter what evidence one submits, they refuse to even listen. They have gone so far as to advocate making it a criminal act for anyone to disagree with them. This will be the HUGE battle of 2017.

The left would hate it but Trump could declare the US will count as CO2 reduction every single illegal immigrant deported and every foreign immigrant and refugee denied admission into the US.

Let’s face it taking a Honduran or Guatemalan mestizo out of the jungle and putting him behind the wheel of a 20 year old junker or pickup truck while a diesel school bus ferries the sawed off fruit of his loins to an air conditioned school 180 plus days per year is not ‘eco friendly’!

I’m about halfway complete with Bill Brysons “A Short History of Nearly Everything” and other than the interesting history of discovery’s, the biggest take away I’m understanding is how science can be right and wrong at the same time, they allow themselves this privilege.

So many historical examples of how science believed a theory 100%, years later that theory is proved wrong but sometimes it would take decades for science to accept the new proof.

Science is indeed a religion.

Even better, learning WHY the former theory is wrong sometimes leads to _another field of discovery_, since the former theory concealed a basic truth about the universe that went unperceived for that reason!
Newtonian mechanics describes observable reality quite well, and went uncontested for a few centuries. Then Einstein worked on relativity and radioactivity, and a whole new source of energy was discovered! Once thorium reactors are commercialized, it may well be (nearly) non-polluting endless energy for all.
I suspect we have only scratched the surface of what is possible; if we can keep those who enjoy power and money more than learning away, there’s no telling what we might be able to develop!
