It appeared, to me at least, that there no possible way it ISN’T a forgery. This doesn’t PROVE he wasn’t born in Hawaii, it just proves the birth certificate is fake. Why someone who was born in Hawaii would need a fake birth certificate is beyond me…
Why does this even matter, since he isn’t in office? Because if its proven he wasn’t legally allowed to be in office, that makes everything he signed null and void. Which would unleash holy hell in our government, which would be entertaining to watch at the very least. Its also why republicans won’t touch it. Most of them just want to tinker with social issues like abortion, gay marriage, the tranny bathroom thing, etc but are otherwise completely disinterested in upsetting their very comforable status quo.

Obama was a citizen of the US because of, if nothing else, his mother was. For me, that ended the debate whether or not he met the qualifications to be president based on citizenship.
However, despite the document provided in 2011, I still think there is a better than even chance Obama was actually born in Kenya, and they lied about it because they didn’t want have to be drawn into a debate with the Clinton Campaign in 2008 about whether or not his mother’s citizenship was enough.

I read somewhere that Obama’s mother could not automatically confer US citizenship on her son, because the laws in effect at at that time stipulated that she had to be an adult; i.e., over the age of 21. Look at the certificate — she was only 20, which at that time was considered a minor. At that time (according to the article I read), a different set of rules applied to minors.
As I recall the article (and you can believe everything you read on the internet, right?), it said that, for a minor mother to be able to confer citizenship, she also had to physically reside inside the US for X of the past Y years (I forget the numbers). And Stanley Ann Obama failed to meet that test because of her living overseas. Hence, she was unable to confer citizenship on her son, based on the laws in effect at that time. At least, that was the argument.
As for McCain, he was born overseas to a military family in active service, and the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act covers that situation. As it does for me.

The above Kenyan cert is fake. The “chief of obstetrics” signature is dated 8-7-1961 which meant the 8th of July in a U.K. Colony. Obama’s LFBC is also fake.
