Pennsylvania H.S. brawl was filmed by student onlookers
MAY 4–Eight teachers were injured yesterday trying to break up a high school brawl involving a quartet of female pugilists who are now facing multiple criminal charges in connection with the 7:30 AM melee.
The fight at Cheltenham High School in Wyncote, a Philadelphia suburb, began as students were headed to their first period classes. As seen in the above video, after two girls began throwing punches at each other, two more students joined the fray.

The fight, recorded by several onlookers, prompted one student to offer color commentary on the indignity suffered by one combatant: “Oh, shit! Her wig came off!”
When a substitute teacher sought to intercede, she apparently caught an overhand right (or elbow) intended for an opponent. The teacher crumpled to the floor with a concussion.
Police arrested the four students on a variety of charges, including assault and reckless endangerment. Three of the girls were charged as juveniles, while Amber Lewis, 18, was charged as an adult. Lewis is locked up in the Montgomery County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond. Two of the defendants are sisters.
In a letter to parents, Ray McFall, principal of the 1500-student school, referred to the initial fight as a “physical altercation,” adding that administrators would not tolerate fighting or “the filming of fights.” McFall added that, “Both behaviors are beneath us and reflect poorly on our larger population.”
Looks like the fat teacher in the grey sweater can’t take a punch.

I saw those on a daily basis back in middle school.
And 98% were instigated by blacks. The whole street
would fill up, sometimes 2 blocks deep. I am not
exaggerating. I have to say, I am glad I got locked out
of my near teaching career and did the nursing thing.
A high school friend became a school office staff and got
beaten bad enough for the hospital, after school, by
students. That was in the seventies.

The families are probably poor, and should be given more money for food, for clothes, for weaves and such.
The kids need cars. They should be given nice cars, maybe a voucher for an Escalade that’s coming off a 2-year lease.

Better idea: North America will be reserved for people whose behavior is civilized by relatively high standards of judgment. All those who behave like this will be picked up, and (after the US Gov’t buys Puerto Rico when it officially goes into foreclosure) dropped off (after being sterilized) on the island and forgotten about. The behavior is common. The problem now is cellphone video. School districts live in fear that the public will get good look at what goes on inside these “Lord of the Flies” academies. Notice the school principal here was at least as concerned over the video recording of the fight as the fight itself.
It should be required to have video cameras in the halls and classrooms of public schools and for that video to be made public when police are called or someone is injured.
Soon to be required in every phily school.

Clearly these fine students primary issue is not enough computers in classrooms, they probably aren’t even issued iPads at taxpayer expense yet. Do they even have an olympic sized swimming pool?
