Perhaps the most salient point in this video is that taken to base level, everything we do in life is self serving. And that can be a good thing if channeled in the right direction. My life experience has shown me time after time that self involved, materialistic folks are generally unhappy because while self serving, they never find a payoff. Conversely those who live their lives for others be it their spouse, children, or whatever find tremendous satisfaction in themselves. That’s their payoff. A life well lived is its own reward.

A good video, FM. I passed it on to a friend with a teen daughter who may or may not have time to view it in her busy world of instagramming and snapchatting.
