When I fill out forms that has a box for (SEX), I just put (occasionally).
(Not sure) is another answer that throws them off.
I ALWAYS answer (European- American) if they ask about race.

Sorry, all I can do when I see that picture is laugh. I tend to laugh when I see freaks like that in person too. I figure since laughing is my initial gut level response, it’s perfectly normal to do so.
I’m also reminded of this….when the owners start purging the useful idiots like the creature pictured above………and the crowd cheered:
