IT TURNS OUT BANNON WAS TRUMP’S BRAIN

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

In order to prove he doesn’t have dementia, as alleged in a recent book, President Trump called a meeting with congressional leaders on Tuesday — and requested that it be televised.

Ivanka: Show them at your best, Daddy!

He then proceeded to completely sell out the base and actually added to his problems by appearing senile.

In a half-dozen exchanges — which, again, he wanted televised — Trump responded to remarks as if he had no clue what the person was saying. One senator would talk — he’d agree. Someone else would say the exact opposite — he’d agree with that, too.

Actual exchange:

SEN. DIANNE FEINSTEIN: “What about a clean DACA bill now, with a commitment that we go into a comprehensive immigration reform procedure? …”

TRUMP: “… I have no problem. … We’re going to come up with DACA. We’re going to do DACA, and then we can start immediately on the phase two, which would be comprehensive.”

SEN. FEINSTEIN: “Would you be agreeable to that?”

TRUMP: “I think a lot of people would like to see that, but I think we have to do DACA first.”

REP. KEVIN MCCARTHY: “Mr. President, you need to be clear though. I think what Sen. Feinstein is asking here: When we talk about just DACA, we don’t want to be back here two years later. You have to have security, as the secretary would tell you.”

TRUMP: “But I think that’s what she’s saying.”

REP. MCCARTHY: “No, no, I think she’s saying something different. …”

TRUMP: “I do believe that. Because once we get DACA done — if it’s done properly — with, you know, security and everything else …”

Trump was more than willing to sell out the base to solve a personal problem of his — the Michael Wolff book — but managed to not convince a single American that he’s articulate, bright or a good leader.

On MSNBC, the hosts didn’t say, “You know, we saw a new side of Trump today …” Instead, they could barely suppress their giggles over the great negotiator being rolled.

The Democrats’ opening bid is: Not only does every poor person in the world get to come live here, but all their relatives get to come, too!

They don’t control any branch of government, and they’re not budging from that.

Trump’s counter-offer is: OK! My immigration policy is whatever you send me!

The end result was: On the left, they’re happy, but still think Trump’s a moron. On the right, they’re unhappy, and also think Trump’s a moron.

The people who do not realize Tuesday was the lowest moment of the Trump presidency have no idea what they’re talking about. The headline on Trump’s sit-down could have been:

“TRUMP ANNOUNCES SAME FAILED AMNESTY DEAL WE HAD 30 YEARS AGO”

The media have done such a fantastic job lying to the public that no one knows that.

To the average viewer, it sounds like a totally fair deal. We give only the BEST illegals a “pathway” to citizenship, they’ll have to jump through all sorts of hoops, and in return, we’ll get REAL security.

That’s exactly what we were promised the last time. What we got: No hoops, no security and everyone got amnesty.

You don’t need chain migration for the alleged 800,000 “Dreamers” to swell to 60 million — or 100 or 200 million. First, there are already at least 50 million illegals (aka Dreamers) living here. (For more, see Adios, America pp 72-74.)

Second, ANY amnesty means there will be lawsuits, whereupon the courts will grant amnesty to everyone. All of Latin America, including Latin Americans still living in Latin America, can mosey up sometime in the next 20 years, present themselves to a Ninth Circuit judge and claim they were brought here as children.

HOW CAN PEOPLE BROUGHT HERE AS CHILDREN BE EXPECTED TO PROVE IT?

Application approved!

How do I know this? Because that’s how the 1986 amnesty worked.

The Ninth Circuit was still approving applications under the 1986 amnesty in 2007 — i.e., 20 years later — from applicants who claimed it wasn’t fair that they weren’t in the country at the time to apply for amnesty.

The 1986 law was also loaded with all sorts of requirements on the illegals. We’d be getting only the best! As Trump said on Tuesday, “It’s an incentive for people to do a good job, if you want to know the truth. That whole path is an incentive for people.”

Result of requirements placed on illegals in the 1986 amnesty:

English-language requirement — dropped by the INS.

Fines — dropped by the INS.

Fees — waived by the INS.

Back taxes — dropped by the IRS.

Congress could pass a law giving amnesty ONLY to left-handed Ph.D.’s in nuclear physics, and everyone would get amnesty. Even illegals who haven’t arrived yet.

If there is a silver lining, it’s that this isn’t the first time Trump has sold out the base. He did it in the March 2016 GOP debate; in his “Hannity” interview in August 2016; in the meeting with tech leaders at Trump Tower in December 2016; and in his meeting with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer last year.

But it’s now Trump’s second year in office, we don’t have a wall, and he just called a meeting to say, over and over again: “We have to do DACA first.”

At this point, any sentient person has to see that the most plausible scenario is:

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

Lucy’s gonna move the football …

She moved the football.

The only defense of Trump is that he’s now just talking mumblytalk – because strategery – and any agreed-upon bill will actually make his supporters happy. Well I guess we’ll fucking see, won’t we? If he gives away the store, as Coulter expects, his erstwhile supporters will be leading the charge for impeachment. “Yeah – he conspired his ass off!”

Free Speech Forum … bravo. You nailed it. We have owners. Period. Amazing when people still parrot Trump as ‘their’ guy. The parties are the opposite sides of the same coin. How sad voters/taxpayers refuse to accept this reality. Either party in office … it just doesn’t matter. Inevitably we will all lose. Only pitchforks and torches will change things for the better. And that’s just not going to happen.

It looks like Trump was put in charge of a group of astrophysicists and they are asking him for clarification on the most recent specs on the booster for the coming moon shot. Either that or he is acting crazy so the deep state doesn’t kill him should he look competent.

What if Trump now has enough “compromising” materials on enough Congresscritters that he KNOWS DACA will “NOT be done”, so that premising further actions on “after we do DACA” really means “never”?
We shall see.

You know, I am sure that this is completely coincidental to the little presser this afternoon, but did anyone catch the 7-11 raids today? If something similar had happened on the same day that Obama was doing some big immigration pow-wow, the press would be apoplectic.

Today?

Crickets.

He has to know that these guys are NEVER going to give him anything with a border wall or a repeal of the chain immigration policy and he also knows that anyone voting FOR an amnesty during the 2018 electoral cycle is doomed. So they will dawdle and bicker like the sad little bitches they are while he laps them again. Remember two or three weeks back when everyone was in a tizzy over the Norks? Anyone recall what I said then? Now they’re going to the Olympics and the President Moon just said Trump deserved “Big credit” which is Korean for hugely.

Every epic fail the press calls him on he feeds to them on a shit sandwich a week or two later then they shuffle off and ‘Russia ate my homework’ till their bruises heal.

It’s check-mate.

If people want to deride it as 12-D chess or try the ‘he’s a drooling idiot but he still beat the entire weight of the ruling factions and all their combined money and power with nothing more than crass tweets and funny name’ go for it, if it makes you sleep better. So far two things are crystal clear- One, they still hate him with the passion of a million burning Suns and two, he’s still in the Oval Office, so who’s the real tard?

No matter what happens it has been worth it to watch the hypocrites eat it so big this past year and to see the sadness on the faces of the blue haired, bespectacled Offreds as they thumb their hand held devices into putty with each snarky #metoo/#notmypresident/#timesup.

Can’t wait to see who they throw under the bus next.

Even Ann Coulter is turning on Donald? That’s not a good sign.

Can Trumpeteers be far behind?

I agree with everything HF wrote above.

I also know this. Not on everything — Trump has certainly had wins — but, on many things, Trump is a Moran.

So, what exactly was passed during the gathering?

Nothing.

It was all just a chance to make sound bites, so, who has the better sound bites?

This isn’t to discount Coulter, her voice is very important and she needs to keep a wary eye on the progress Trump makes, but this only the first step with many more to follow.

Yeah, and 38 repubs choosing to retire instead of running with Rump as head of the Party. There is a reason for that and it probably isn’t a conspiracy. It may be:
No point in wasting the summer and then losing because of Trump.
No point in winning and having to work with Trump.
No point in trying to defend an absolute idiot any longer.

When Ann Coulter bails on Trump, it’s over. It’s just a question now of watching the train wreck unfold. And I’ll bet 90% of the readers of this site voted for him, too. Who knows how this will end up? I suspect he has 24 hour minders now judging by now fast he changes his twitter mistakes.

The funny news story today concern the changes being made to the labour Board this week. As if a billionaire like Trump was ever going to support working people or increase their wages? Sure, the Dems were just as bad and hillary is corrupt, but to believe Trump and what he said?

Desperation, pure and simple.

yeah, he really made America Great Again, all right.

You tell ’em, diaper.
Re the Rs and Ds walking away…
Consider: No point in running again, if the proof of some of their potential (possible) involvement in bribery taking, sex games, sedition, or treason will be made public, and blemish their career, reputation, and family. Especially if shown evidence, and are allowed to dodge that humiliation with a quiet exit option to keep it hidden.
But then, that’s probably a conspiracy theory.
Yup.
Let’s wait and see.

Same day as the meeting:

A memo co-authored by former Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri, obtained by The Daily Caller, admits the Democratic Party needs to protect illegal immigrants brought here by DACA in order to ensure those additional votes.

The Center for American Progress (CAP) Action Fund memo, which circulated Monday, called on Democrats to “refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”

The memo from the left-leaning think tank also said that protecting DACA is not only a “moral imperative” but also a “critical component” in winning elections.

“The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success,” the memo read.

It finished, “If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond.”

Has the MSM covered it? No? I wonder why not, you think they’d be proud of any effort to help the DACA program along, especially one written by a loyal Clintonista. Wonder why they overlooked it? I also wonder why it happened to be leaked THE SAME DAY THE MEETING WAS BEING HELD. Must have been another of those coincidences I hear so much about. Oh well, I’m sure that this will never come back and bite them in their ass or further jeopardize Democrat’s electoral chances in 2018 and beyond, right?

The bottom line is…we’ll see. If Trump gives in to any form of amnesty, both he and America are finished. I would think he knows that, but we’ll see…..

I don’t think Trump’s playing 12D chess. I think people think he is “rogue” and therefore scary. They believe his threats, and do not doubt he would use nukes if you pissed him off.

That fear caused Sorks and Norks to look at each other and think, “maybe we can solve this without America blowing everyone up” because they BOTH know that if America goes to war on the Korea peninsula the ONLY winner would be America.

I would not trade 2017 for any other year.

look at some results:
1. stock market continues to grow (don’t ask me why, I’m just along for the ride)
2. the left and the MSM continue to shoot themselves in the foot, on a daily basis.
3. we no longer have to listen to a secret magic transvestite loving monkey tell us that we are all bad and wrong for being who we are
4. We no longer have to watch or listen to the ISIS goon squad antics, (which makes you realize ISIS was all created by the previous administration)

The last one should have made all the headlines, but instead the coverage is all about some nonsense about the election and the Russians.

Trump is a Trojan horse.

I for one, am enjoying watching the show.

Plus, you get to watch peoples heads explode as they try to shoehorn this into some perspective that correlate to the elitist world views they espouse.
