How was everybody’s week?
We have a minor revolution going on here in Nicaragua- roadblocks everywhere with people protesting, the gov’t killed 16 this week, so I got nothing done.
Apart from stitching up a dog, a little fencing, paying the neighbour for a half acre of corn my pigs got into and of course, building a new pig house.
I started cutting beams from a nice Guapinol tree but ran out of gas for the chainsaw. Once I got to the roadblock of burning tires I said fuck it and went home. The local station offers only diesel…
What are they protesting?
Being in Nicaragua instead of San Diego?
They are protesting that the Sandinista Marxist has an iron grip on the country, over taxing everybody while making billions from all the industries he owns, petrol, cement, banking.
You know, the usual BS that happens when you choose communism.
