WTF is going on…Canada No. 7? Must be the pot which was legalized yesterday which, as an aside, seems appropriate for a nation going to pot. Or maybe it is the high percentage of people from non-European countries who have escaped their hellholes and landed in a wealthy western country with free welfare, free health care, free education, free cash to buy a home, free transit passes, affirmative action in job competitions….etc. I can understand these people being happy – a bit like winning the lottery. I was wondering when someone would finally say it.
Actually this so called “Happiness Report” is 100% bogus. I have a friend who lived in Finland for 5 years and she told me that most of the people there were suffering with depression. They do a lot of drinking to counteract their depression. And how can you blame them for feeling depressed when they go months at a time with hardly any sunlight due to being so far North.
The whole report is a bunch of propaganda as I can guarantee you these people in Scandavian countries aren’t so happy at all as a whole.
