Is it not their right to choose the danger of running and is it not then our duty to support those who do stand up against the corporatist war party? As many times as all the keyboard generals talk about being ready to die for the republic, when someone actually steps up on the national stage and does it your response is to say it’s too dangerous for them so we shouldn’t support them?
Support any effort that has some chance of turning the tide on THEM. Voting is THEIR game. It’s there to give you the illusion of participation, like you have some say in the matter. You don’t. Tulsi’s position like this one is admirable-and completely worthless. It will never get implemented. Fight a battle you can possibly win at.
I think Tulsi Gabbard is an excellent candidate for high office; smart, ex-military, articulate, and attractive. It is refreshing to hear someone with divergent views from the way things are run in Baghdad-On-The-Potomac.
