Freshman in college and saw my first concert with TDN and it started an addiction.
Coke never did it for me…Dr Pepper, ice cold in the little green glass bottle, so cold it had ice forming on the inside of the bottle neck. Never drank it with alcohol, I’m a purist.

My doctor calls Coke poison.
It is. I know people that drink 4 or 5 or more bottles of soda a day-each one has about 9 teaspoons of sugar in it. It is killing their liver and pancreas and setting them on the road to arteriosclerosis.
Anyone looking to have a shot as a somewhat healthy old age should immediately stop eating processed foods. That means no more sugar in what ever form and every kind of “vegetable” oil-you can use a little O/O or coconut oil on your salads-so no more chips, doritos, most commercially made breads, bottled salad dressings(full of soybean oil, just fucking cut your ballz off, why do it the slow way?)….the fookin’ list is endless, it’s all crap.
Ignore for the 99% of what you eat on the middle aisles in the grocery store.
Check out one of Robert Listing ‘s videos on youtube on processed foods. The garbage in them, especially sugars, actually do become biochemically additive.
