There is currently no legal means to recall a U. S. Senator in Utah. There is a bill pending before the state house, but it must pass both houses and be signed to go into effect. He was just elected in ’18, so his next election will be ’24.

We need to repeal the 17th amendment. Then the states would have their original ability to recall a senator anytime they like.

Prior to 1913, the states each sent two senators to Washington to represent the state. They could appoint, elect, or recall the senators at any time and replace them. The senator was supposed to represent the states interest within the federal government. If the senator did not do that, the governor or legislature of the state could recall the senator. This ability was taken away with the 17th amendment and removed one of the checks-and-balances put in place by the founders.

Until the senators once again represent and answer to their state governments, all we have is a senate that responds to the highest bidder.

If we still had that, S.C. Senator Lindsey Graham would have been gone a long time ago. Now all the state legislature can do is censure him, which they have repeatedly done. This is a prime example of why the 17th amendment should be repealed.

Defeat of the Dems, Deep State and Mittens is simply insufficient. They must be destroyed so that they can never ever pose a threat to this country again. Arrest them tonight, declare the Democrat Party a terrorist organization, prosecute the top 1,000 Dems, Deep State, MSM and their donors for treason….and if found guilty execute them en masse on the fucking WH lawn. Wrath of God time.

Victory in November is insufficient, the Dems and Deep State must be hurt so badly that 500 years from now they dare not whisper impeachment without due cause.

Willard Romney should be very publicly asked to resign from the Republican caucus, and should he not, be forced from it. This would allow him to be invited by Chuck Schumer to join the Democratz; an action that will permit the former Massachusetts governor, now Utah senator (can someone explain to me exactly how this can happen,) to advocate for all the things he really desired as a closet libprog fuktard including Drag Queen Story Time, free healthcare for illegal aliens, and post-partum abortions.

When he said really wanted be be a man of ethics and conscience, I immediately think back to a certain scene in the Godfather II:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re9O7kDtt6c

(2:35 for the greatest line!)

Or he could just say fuck it and join Bernie as the second independant in the Senate and maybe also adopt The Internationale as his theme song. (Does the Mormon Tabernacle Choir have that in their repertoire?)

A lot of negative comments here about Mitt Romney. But I would be willing to bet that a lot of the people who are making those negative comments voted for him in 2012. Anyone who voted for Romney in 2012 doesn’t have a right to complain. And I don’t want to hear any “but he was better than Obama” nonsense. For starters, we don’t even know that for certain, but even if he was, there is no excuse for voting for the lesser of two evils. There were plenty of third party candidates available, or you could simply write in someone’s name (Ron Paul would have been good). And now for the “but I didn’t want to waste my vote” nonsense, which inexorably follows this line of discussion as surely as night follows day, the traditional definition of a “wasted vote” is voting for anyone who doesn’t have a chance of winning. Well, Mittens Romney didn’t have any chance of winning, so by your own definition you wasted your vote. But you could have at least made a protest vote by voting for a third party candidate, or writing in Ron Paul’s name, but you didn’t even do that, so you truly wasted your vote.

In 2012, I voted for Ron Paul in the primary. I watched the rigging of the primary that cost Ron Paul the nomination so Romney could become the nominee. I didn’t vote in the presidential race. And I haven’t voted since in any election.

Seriously, this was a clusterfuck of galactic proportions.

There was no crime alleged. Abuse of power is not a crime. Obstruction of Congress is not a crime.

The entire episode is despicable.

Love him or hate him, and I am no mega fan, Trump got elected, and he did not commit an impeachable offense. The President throwing his weight around is simply not impeachable.

Hell, the Constitution grants him the weight of an obese elephant to throw around. If anything, it is he who has been obstructed. The fucking left-wing judiciary has obstructed him at every point, and he wins virtually every challenge, eventually, because fact is he indeed has enormous authority and weight to throw around.

What Pelosi and posse has done is to try and overthrow an elected president. Not cool. Not cool at all. I hope the normal folks out there notice that shit.

PW..

Since you asked…..I think Romney is simply laying the groundwork for the continued pursuit of Trump. Of course, I think it is all just a schittshow to orchestrate the next step towards NWO. I said a long time back that if no one gets arrested pronto, if this is continually played out in the media, then the criminal acts of those involved will be treated as ‘rough and tuff politics’.

Schumer had a presser where he said Trump was “vengeful, vindictive…”. My point is nobody goes to jail or gets prosecuted. This will morph to campaign rhetoric…..and don’t write off Hilarion. She may come in with all her delegate support and money to ride the skirt of LGBTQLMNOP Pete. Either way….Assange is dying in prison and Trump hasn’t done a thing about it. AG Barr was known to be what he is loooong ago……
