The “Constitution Medical Plaza” located at 1930 S. Broad Street, and formerly the site of St. Agnes Hospital, was purchased in 2012 by a limited liability company called “St Agnes MOB” (LLC), which was incorporated NOT in Pennsylvania, but rather in the corporate tax haven of Delaware. After some review, it has become apparent that the “St Agnes MOB LLC” is actually owned by a single individual – Mr. Steven B. Atlass of the Main Line. Mr. Atlass (or “Steve” as he is sometimes referred to in other outlets) is a corporate vulture who specializes in buying “distressed” (i.e. bankrupt) medical facilities like St. Agnes Hospital. What is more important to know, however, is that Mr. Atlass has given LOTS of money to Ed “Fast Eddy” Rendell over the years (see the political contribution databases via Google). In addition, Mr. Atlass is also very influential at the University of Pennsylvania Health System (sitting on boards like the Cancer Center) and, coincidentally, Penn Health Urgent Care also happens to be a current tenant in the “Constitution” building! This is not surprising since the entire Rendell family is also very involved amongst the power players at Penn and or the boards that Mr. Atlass has been involved with there.
Amongst the well-deserved upset, what should not be lost here is that both Ed “Fast Eddy” Rendell and Mr. Atlass could potentially be paid employees or consultants of the fraudulent “non-profit” SAFEHOUSE. Based upon their well-documented records, neither one of these individuals is likely to do anything for free for anyone. It is impossible to learn more information about any financial arrangements though, and about who else is actually involved in the shadows, until this enterprise has been fully exposed by those with means to properly investigate.
A review of recent permits issued to the “Constitution Health Plaza” shows that interior renovation work has been performed there since the summer months, and that the work was specifically authorized by licenses granted by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, and the Department of Human Services. If this permit does in fact pertain to the safe injection clinic, this also means that Governor Tom Wolf has also authorized this safe injection site, as the Dep’t of Drug and Alcohol Programs is an office directly controlled by the Governor of Pennsylvania. Again, it is impossible to confirm these details right now because, like everything else, they have gone to great lengths to conceal their activities.
CALL ALL MEMBERS OF THE PA STATE LEGISLATURE, DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN, AND DEMAND THAT THEY HAVE THEIR STAFFS AND THE OFFICE OF THE PA ATTORNEY GENERAL, JOSH SHAPIRO, INVESTIGATE IMMEDIATELY!

Kind of reminds me of the multi-year (and very profitable) radar gun scandal that the Pennsylvania State Patrol used to rake in millions in bogus speeding ticket money. I hope that the honest technician who blew the whistle on it all is still alive.

First off, Steven Atlass is on the board of SEVERAL charities and various other medical organizations throughout PA and other areas.. he has given countless, countless amounts to charity throughout his life and continues to do so.. so when you’re looking up these “donations” given to whatever campaign you like to reference.
Also, Penn Urgent Care is a paying tenant in a medical building that he owns, which houses many other medical offices.. and this drug and alcohol center you’re talking about.. when and where was this kept a secret? A private businessman has to make the front page news with every business deal that he goes through with? Is Mr. Atlass supposed to judge those who are seeking treatment for addiction in a medical office which legally rents space from him? Who is he to judge someone who wants to better their life and attend a rehab facility in a medical building? You’re just assuming that all of the patients at this facility are going to walk around and throw needles around?
Isn’t the health plaza a beautiful building in south philly that has never had any complaints or criminal activity?
And when you say “distressed” business be sure to clarify that Mr. Atlass buys companies that have many, many employees that are on the brink of losing their jobs? He keeps all employees on employed at these businesses, the employees rave about him and some of the businesses that he buys are skilled nursing facilities where patients who live there are on a fixed income.. is he supposed to throw these patients out on the street because the previous owners failed to maintain a business to provide for him?
If you’re going to waste your time googling something just to put people down in the world the way it is now, why don’t you google the good things about someone instead of insinuating things that you have absolutely no fact over. Mr. Atlass lives extremely modest, has had most of his employees for over 30 years and I’m almost positive he has one car and it’s a ford SUV.
What did you gain from posting lies about a man who has done nothing but good for Philly? A man who would give you the shirt off of his back, who donated so much money to advance the healthcare field so people in philly could benefit from the most amazing healthcare system in the country.
I bet if you walked into constitution health plaza, asked to speak to Steven Atlass, he would happily invite you into his office.. where he would be wearing blue jeans and be so down to earth. I get there might be bar people in Philly but there are everywhere. Don’t go after someone who you have no facts on, zero facts.
And ask yourself.. what have you done to better your community? Have you volunteered? Have you given back? Or have you just sat behind a computer screen, with a fake made up name, not even revealing your identity to just type a full page to put someone down? What did you gain from putting an innocent person down? Did you make more money? Become a better person? Grow an inch taller? Nah, nothing happened.
Be a good person. It’s not hard. We already have so much heartache in this world as it is. You’re a true winner to just put people down, “blue”
Oh and “blue”, I did some research and Mr. Atlass didn’t charge Safehouse any rent to be in his building.. they were tenants who paid zero rent.. so he actually tried to help people get help and keep people who needed to help or who put “needles” on the street, off of the street.
