It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. “That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.” Or leaves us in a lot of friggin’ pain.

If that which doesn’t kill me makes me stronger then I am Hercules and Samson combined and I have the scars to prove it.

MGM, you are a lot tougher than you think. And I hope you plan on attending the 4th Festivities.

The good news is the Coronavirus will kill off slot of old people and save social security.
The bad news is I’m an old person.

Every Seven Years, we get a new body. It’s how you feed it (physically and spiritually) that makes or breaks us.

Sap is flowing, new piglets and calves running around, the whole family is here, happy voices in every room and there’s a full Moon tonight.

So there’s that.

Are you also planning to have the “nose powder” Charlie Chaplin accidentally ate in jail? (One of my favorite actors). This is about 4 minutes long.

That moon is awesome tonight, prepped the pea bed today, pulled out the little boat to work on it as at this time it is usually in a 6 foot snowbank. #2 son is home on spring break and we’ve been watching Louder with Crowder together. Life is good. Fuck this virus shit.

I delight in your optimism! However, my vision always reverts to this:

pretty choice moment in the middle where they are filming 2 tornados and then realize a 3rd is about to drop on their heads. they notice, cause… they’re aware 😉

Wow. That’s the closest look I’ve ever seen of a tornado. Nature is powerful. Scary stuff.

That is a baby tornado. May 3, 1999 an F5 tornado was first seen around Lawton, OK and traveled almost 90 miles clearing everything in its path. At one point it was nearly 3/4 mile wide.

It remains to be seen if the beer flu is like the one above or the OKC twister.

As Yoji said on another thread, it is going to be interesting times for us.

I chose the 5/3/99 storm because I saw the damage a couple weeks later when I went to my son’s HS graduation. From I-40 just west of Tinker, you could see a path of total destruction going SW.

I like a good storm. Except when it pulls the shingles off my roof. Those ones suck.

My thoughts, exactly. I love standing at the window and watching. Until a cow blows past. Then it’s not so alluring.
