I have no beef against the obese, their body, their choice. I do oppose giving authority over the public health to someone whose thighs are twice the circumference of normal human being because it proves that they do not understand the basics of their own discipline. It would be similar to appointing a head of public safety to someone with several DUI’s, or appointing someone to Child Protective Services with a felony conviction for child abuse.
I know one thing or two, I wouldn’t trust the first one with anything related to health. In the 2nd case, I would never go to that one for dietary advice.
Are we sure that some one didn’t dig up a corpse, dress it up & take pictures? The 2nd is a good reason not to feed the elephants.
