I call on all big city Democrats not to wait for national politicians to address the poverty problems of African Americans. I call on local and state governments controlled by progressives to impose 10% surcharge on white owned property taxes. The proceeds would be given in diirect payments to African Americans in their jurisdiction. Rent to African American tenants could not be raised to cover the surcharge

The blacks have fallen for the Obama line that immigration is good for them. At this point they are fantasizing that brown people are another variety of negroes. The problem is that we don’t have a slave complex or a self-defeating sense of victimhood.
For sure, I agree with you. With that in mind, lets raise the prices of all items at the local store for blacks by 50% to cover the cost of extra security, insurance etc because the fuckers steal everything. With your same reasoning , no store owner would be allowed to sell to blacks at a cheaper price.
