I’m still saying the first asshat who was shot in the head was not shot by Kyle. A 5.56 round shot from 0 distance would have essentially taken his head off and both his eyeballs would be lying somewhere on his chest. That was a handgun round, not a rifle round to his head.

Right. Just look at what it did to the guys forearm. The hydrostatic shock from a lightweight bullet traveling 3,000 ft per minute is not going to pass through a skull cleanly. My buddy shot a VC with a 16 at about 50 yards just above the hip and came out the other side at the ribcage and he acted like someone tasered his ballsack. With all the improvements in ammo nowadays I imagine it’s even more effective.
Plenty of people complained about the weapon itself but I never heard anyone complain about the effect the bullet had.

This is the case where I live. My husband got a mailed notice for jury duty and when he called in, he was told all jury trials had been canceled.
The legal system was already already at it’s breaking point and felonies were often taking 1 to 2+ years to come to trial.
Add 4-6 months of no jury trials with no end in sight.
That is the end of civil rights in America.
Ask any honest lawyer- the backlog of trials cannot possibly be cleared.
