Visualizing Global Attitudes Towards The COVID-19 Vaccines

Via ZeroHedge

To vaccinate, or not to vaccinate? That is the question.

In order to achieve herd immunity against COVID-19, some experts believe that between 70% to 80% of a population must be vaccinated.

But, as Katie Jones of VisualCapitalist notes, attitudes towards these vaccines are undoubtedly mixed. In fact, it’s estimated that one-third of people globally have some major concerns.

View the high-resolution of the infographic by clicking here.

Using survey data from eight different countries, Global Web Index created five archetypes to help illustrate how typical attitudes towards vaccines differ depending on a range of factors, such as age, income, lifestyle, and values.

Countries surveyed: United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Brazil, China, India, Japan, and Italy.

Which segment are you most likely to fall under, according to these segments?

Vaccine Supporters

Which segment are you most likely to fall under, according to these segments?

[People who say they will get the COVID-19 vaccine.]

Out of all participants surveyed, 66% of them support the idea of getting a COVID-19 vaccine. Within this group, there is a skew towards younger people (aged 18-34) who are likely working professionals earning a high income and living in a city.

Despite their optimism towards COVID-19 vaccines, however, one-third of vaccine supporters say they will wait to get one, due to lingering concerns regarding issues with vaccine distribution and any potential side-effects.

Interestingly, this procrastination mindset has been seen before during the H1N1 (swine flu) pandemic when both members of the general public and healthcare workers showed low levels of vaccine acceptance due to safety concerns.

Vaccine Hesitant

[People who are not sure if they will get the COVID-19 vaccine.]

The vaccine hesitant group, which is more common among cautious suburban parents, makes up 12% of the total study. They are more likely to be female, and feel anxious about the length of time spent testing vaccines and therefore require more transparency around the science.

With that being said, this group could be easily swayed, as they are more receptive to word-of-mouth and messaging boards to get advice from their peers over any other medium.

Vaccine Obligated

[People who will only get the vaccine if it’s necessary for travel, school, work etc.]

The vaccine obligated group makes up 11% of the total, and has a skew towards males aged between 16 and 24 years old.

While this group is also concerned with potential side-effects, their responses suggesting that a vaccine may not be necessary to combat COVID-19 was above average compared to other segments in the study. They also index above average when it comes to viewing themselves as traditionalists.

Vaccine Skeptical

[People who won’t get the COVID-19 vaccine.]

The vaccine skeptical group makes up another 11% of the total. However, this group is mostly female, who are aged between 45-64 and earn a lower-than-average income. They are less likely to have a college degree, and are more likely to live in a rural area.

Along with the worry of potential side-effects, this group is generally more pessimistic about containing COVID-19 at all. Therefore a small percentage do not believe a vaccine will help tackle the global health crisis.

With notably low trust levels, this group is one of the hardest to reach and potentially persuade. What makes them unique however, is their lack of faith in the scientific process.

Anti-Vaxxers

[People who will not get the vaccine, because they are against vaccines in general.]

It is important to note that those who choose not to get a COVID-19 vaccine should not be confused with anti-vaxxers.

Anti-vaxxers are a sub-segment of the vaccine skeptical group that makes up 1.4% of the total population. The difference is, anti-vaxxers do not believe in getting any vaccine due to safety concerns, not just not a vaccine for COVID-19.

According to the study, anti-vaxxers tend to fall into one of two age brackets, between 16-24 years or 55-64 years old, and are typically males with lower incomes.

Another Tool in the Arsenal Against COVID-19

The study demonstrates that broad segments of society—regardless of their demographic or views—are at least somewhat concerned about COVID-19 vaccines becoming widely available.

Since the COVID-19 shot is “not” a vaccine, but rather gene therapy… I am an anti-genetic manipulaxxer. I support vaccines that maintain group immunity on known diseases that have been tested over years… this is corporate poison prepped up in months with nefarious motivations from people who seek to control the masses. This is not a formula for success… or, at least, not for me.

I am not worried about this crap being available… I am worried that it will become mandatory.

The vaccines should be available but not mandatory. I won’t get one – mostly because I’ve already had Covid and figure I’m immune – probably for years. I don’t think anyone under 50 should take it, but I hope most people over 50 choose to get vaccinated so that there’ll be no excuse for not ending all of the closures, social distancing, mask requirements and whatnot.

I don’t worry about it affecting people’s genes as long as they’re done breeding. Women over 50, for example. I need to maintain my stellar genetic makeup in case I ever get married again to some fabulous 27 year old hottie.
My mom is in her 80’s and she’s gotten her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. If it turns her into a mutant, it would be kind of cool. Hopefully she could fight Godzilla or crawl up buildings like Spider-Man.

Usually you are funny, Iska. But that post about your mom is not funny at all. I hope she will be ok because a lot of people in nursing homes are getting very sick and many are dying after getting those experimental injections. They never tested people that old in their shortened tests where they skipped animal trials because in past experiments all the animals died.

MC, a lot of people in nursing homes are already sick and they have blamed their deaths on Convid. I’m not a vaxer but a problem after taking a vaccine has not necessarily been caused by the vaccine.

Correct, but if there is a pattern or correlation in the numbers getting the shot and death then one needs to pay attention to the red flag. Over 500 people have died..some medical personnel and 11,000 suffering from temporary to permanent damage. What’s worse is the party is just getting started.

Apparently you didn’t get the memo about the required continuation of wearing masks , social distancing etc. There will be no difference in required and forced protocols because this shot isn’t even a vaccine but a medical treatment. Pay attention. There will still be closings and the boot on our neck. What you said about your mom is juvenile at best. Sometimes you come across as a 12 yr old kid.

There is no virus and all the “tested over the years” was done on a soupy mixture that was assumed to hold a virus, though no such thing has ever been isolated. See “The Contagion Myth” by Dr. Cowan. Amazon banned the book but you can get it at B&N and there it was a bestseller for a time, but never reviewed by widely read critics. I wonder why? Maybe because Pasteur was a fraud and his germ theory made perfect sense to those (doctors, drug companies, insurance companies, pols, etc.) who could profit by forever treating sickness but never curing it. “It’s the terrain, stupid.”

Covid-19 mRNA Shots Are Legally Not Vaccines

Did you know that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines aren’t vaccines in the medical and legal definition of a vaccine? They do not prevent you from getting the infection, nor do they prevent its spread. They’re really experimental gene therapies.

MrLiberty
MrLiberty
  Chemist46
February 11, 2021 10:51 am

Did you know that if you go to dictionary type websites (dictionary.com, m-w.com, etc.) and you will either see the new mRNA injections now included in the definition (m-w.com) or will see the wide-open “any” used to broaden the definition of “preparations.”

Chemist46

Read this!

This is not a vaccine. They are using the term ‘vaccine’ to sneak this thing under public health exemptions.
This is mRNA packaged in a fat envelope that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator. It is not a vaccine. Vaccines actually are a legally defined term under public health law; they are a legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards. And the vaccine specifically has to stimulate both the immunity within the person receiving it and it also has to disrupt transmission.
And that is not what this is. They (Moderna and Pfizer) have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell is not to stop the transmission, it is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health authorities because then people would say, ‘What other treatments are there?’…
Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARS.COV.2. If we said we are going to give people prophylactic chemotherapy for the cancer they don’t yet have, we’d be laughed out of the room because it’s a stupid idea. That’s exactly what this is. This is a mechanical device in the form of a very small package of technology that is being inserted into the human system to activate the cell to become a pathogen manufacturing site…
The only reason why the term is being used is to abuse the 1905 Jacobson case that has been misrepresented since it was written. And if we were honest with this, we would actually call it what it is: it is a chemical pathogen device that is actually meant to unleash a chemical pathogen production action within a cell. It is a medical device, not a drug because it meets the CDRH definition of a device. It is not a living system, it is not a biologic system, it is a physical technology – it happens to just come in the size of a molecular package.
So, we need to be really clear on making sure we don’t fall for their game. Because their game is if we talk about it as a vaccine then we are going to get into a vaccine conversation but this is not, by their own admission, a vaccine. As a result, it must be clear to everyone listening that we will not fall for this failed definition just like we will not fall for their industrial chemical definition of health. Both of them are functionally flawed and are an implicit violation of the legal construct that is being exploited. I get frustrated when I hear activists and lawyers say, ‘we are going to fight the vaccine’. If you stipulate it’s a vaccine, you’ve already lost the battle. It’s not a vaccine. It is made to make you sick.

I was going to comment that they had to call it a vaccine so they could be exempt from liability. Your post is better.

That said, vaccines are the only pharmaceutical that is exempt from liability. All the pharm companies have a pretty bad track record of marketing unsafe pharmaceuticals except Moderna who has no track record as this is their first product to go live. For all of them, lawsuits are just the cost of doing business. The pharmaceutical companies demanded protection from liability for vaccine injuries after the 1980 debacle with the swine flu vaccine. After threatening to never make another vaccine again, congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986 making taxpayers liable for any vaccine injuries.
For injuries acquired from the current CONvid injection you cannot file against that particular rule. You must go through the military and it has a expiration date of 1 year instead of 3 under the 1986 law. See the link on CICP.

Here is Pfizers track record. You can search each manufacturer and get similar information.

Pfizer Lawsuits
Pfizer has faced thousands of lawsuits filed for medical injuries caused by some of its most popular drugs. It has also set a record for the largest fine paid for a health care fraud lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice. Pfizer paid $2.3 billion in fines, penalties, and settlement for illegal marketing claims.

We can get Herd Immunity now if we get 70-80% vaccinated? Sounds good to me. You guys go ahead. I’m a dirty old fat white male, so I’m pretty low on the list of people who deserve a shot. And I was always taught to be sort of polite to other people, let women and children go first, let an old lady have your seat and all that. I’ll be happy to let a disadvantaged person have my shot. Let all the poor oppressed people go first. And let our politicians go first to show it’s OK.
Every time rich people tell you about how much they worry about poor people, poor people should be the ones who are worried.
BTW- there’s a segment of the population not covered in that breakdown- those who are willing to bribe a doc to squirt it in the trashcan and say they’re clean. Those who are willing to bribe someone or photoshop their own bill of clean health. I read organized crime is now selling fake test results and fake shot records.

I am willing to let all of La Raza, BLM, and every single immigrant, especially undocumented persons, permanently have my spot in the vaccine line as a way of showing my contrition for white privilege 😉 My deplorable, middle class, straight, Christian, lily white self isn’t worthy. I will forever do without, and so will my husband and child. My elderly white parents are also on board with this…we want to signal our virtue by never getting the vaccine at all. It’s really the only right and fair thing to do after being misogynistic, patriarchal, colonial oppressors for centuries. Everyone with a higher score on the intersectionality ladder of victimhood (and that is 90% of the world) deserves it far more than we do.

But you still have to wear a mask, social distance, stay away from other people. LOL! Those decrees will never go away because this is a common cold virus. They do not want people talking to each other. They want us to distrust all other people and assume they will get us sick if we go near them.

Oh and no symptoms means if you have allergies or get pepper up your nose or something you will probably be hauled away to a detention center at you own expense for 2 weeks, as Canada is already doing.
