During an afternoon escape from high school in a Ronald Reagan world, I opened a Bible that was sitting on an end table in a doctor’s office. The physician was a specialist located an hour away from my hometown and was to advise on a Septoplasty procedure for my deviated septum. It was nothing serious –merely the result of mishaps which occurred, primarily, in martial arts and wrestling.
While paging through the Bible, I flipped to the back because I was an impatient soul back then. It wasn’t the first time I had scanned the pages of Revelation, nor would it be the last, but on that day I was simply waiting. The third verse of the first chapter said: “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand”.
The following words then formed a kaleidoscope, of sorts, in my mind whereupon visions appeared through the mist and shadow of time: There was an ancient apostle dreaming on an island about congregations future and past; of symbolic animals, beasts and reptiles; angels, priests, and kings… good and evil, all amidst smoke scrolling up toward heaven as plagues and earthquakes ravaged the lands below in diverse places.
The thirteenth chapter was quite interesting in that it described a blasphemous beast rising from the sea and a dragon that gave power to the beast over “all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” Another beast was said to have risen from the earth and caused all of the accursed to worship the image of the first beast which had suffered a devastating wound and lived. Those who did not worship the beast’s image were appointed to die; while others, upon their own volition, would receive a mark on their right hand or forehead so they could “buy or sell”. The mark might be the name of the beast, or the number of his name… of which those who possessed “wisdom” would identify as 666.
Strangely enough, the descriptions in the Bible’s Book of Revelation also appeared to correspond with the Apostle Paul’s “son of perdition” (KJV), or “man of lawlessness” (NIV), in 2 Thessalonians 2:
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition…

As a high school student, four decades ago, I wondered if the earth’s entire population could be deceived and controlled to the point of being branded like cattle in order to buy and sell. I seriously questioned if the metaphysical mysteries of prophecy could manifest in modernity and, if the visions did come to pass, how a “falling away” would occur that would take humanity from here to there.
Of course, back then, there were just four channels on TV and my only computing device was a Texas Instruments calculator. So the idea of future kings handing over the world to a wicked and all-powerful dictator seemed far-fetched. Cynically, at the time, I even made immature mental comparisons to Marvin the Martian’s attempts to blow up the earth.
Admittedly, however, there were totalitarians throughout history who reveled in their sick lust for power. Yet, I believed, there was no way they could control entire populations dispersed across the globe, let alone in the United States; especially with patriotic American presidents like Ronnie Raygun at the helm and in possession of the nuclear launch codes.
Even so, throughout my adult life, I still retained a sense of doom. Why? It’s hard to say. After all, I survived childhood in the sixties and the seventies; growing up on Skynyrd, Zeppelin, Zappa, and Petty; amidst 22’s, 12 gauges, and custom mini-bike races with no helmets; jungle gym’s over asphalt and lawn dart wars in the black of night; early skateboards and shooting bats in moonlight; stolen Playboys and cigarettes and fist-fights by fire-light.
Yet the pervading pessimism remained as the streets were filled with yuppies in their BMWs during Reagan’s “Morning in America” and while Springsteen sang “Born in the U.S.A.” Even then, I had the sense we were living on borrowed time. Perhaps I was predisposed to such thinking after viewing movies like “Bladerunner” and “Terminator”, or by reading Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings” trilogy along with my steady diet of science fiction and dystopian literature.
Even with the advent of cable television in my hometown, I recall flipping through the channels and seeing a TV preacher passionately exclaim: “If cables can deliver video into your home, they can send it out too!”
But that was only the beginning.
Next came personal computers, the internet, cellular phones, wireless technology, and smart devices that kept getting smarter and smarter; all accompanied by The War on Terror®, killer drones, and panoptic digital surveillance.
How far we fell, indeed, and the year 2020 was a veritable occult rite of passage into The New Normal®. A global initiation ritual was performed and a spell was cast upon the earth. Now, most of America, and the world, live under the hex of a hallucinogenic fever dream.
Welcome to the new reality where global health institutions, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), are funded by billionaires and politicized by communists planning to purge entire populations; as nation-states around the globe have surrendered to medical tyranny with cult-like obedience. Even worse, in the new age, strange beings with peculiar voices and odd mannerisms warn, chastise, and cajole through electronic screens; and, paradoxically, one even resembles Marvin the Martian.
How we arrived in our current circumstances is certainly debatable… but there is no denying the future is here.
Just days ago, as of this writing, a musical pop star sold 666 pairs of “Satan Shoes” for $1,000 each. The shoes included a pentagram on the laces, 666 on the back, a Bible verse on the sidewall (Luke 10:18 – referencing Satan’s banishment from heaven), and a drop of human blood “somewhere along the soles”. The 666 pairs of $1,000 satanic sneakers sold out in less than a minute.
Additionally, a compromised pervert and his snickering side-kick now lead America’s Executive Branch while corrupt clowns control the U.S. House and Senate. Our politicians are pay-for-play puppets installed by grift and fraud in a lawless nation.

So how did we pass into The New Normal®? Certainly, there were many reasons: We saved a few bucks at Amazon.com while local businesses withered on the vine. Millions worked hard to pay universities that turned the nation’s young adults into leftist loons while others let their sons and daughters finance their destructive indoctrination over a period of decades. We allowed politicians to subsidize the welfare state with our tax dollars. We valued fake food more than health; sportsball, paper money and McMansions more than our future; and entertainment above civic responsibility. Then we stood stupefied as our institutions collapsed around us.
America could be likened to a hardened macroaggregate that was first softened, then liquefied, collapsed into a vortex, and drawn down the proverbial drain; with echoes of laughter and wailing over Trump’s tweets and Ross Perot’s giant sucking sound ringing in our ears.
“Solve et coagula” said the central planners, as the criminals chuckled back stage and the loons raged; all drunk on the will to power, they sought death and destruction.
Regrettably, there is no way to escape the madness now. It is too late, partially because propaganda thoroughly permeates the airwaves of the new reality; and in a manner that would surely cause Huxley and Orwell to writhe in their graves.
As a young man, I could have never imagined a world where a media-hyped virus would serve as the gift that kept on giving to totalitarians actively consolidating their power. But here we are.
At the end of last month, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky warned of “impending doom” following another “rise in COVID cases”. This is, in fact, the strategy underlying the Covid deception: The pressure is applied, then released, then applied again.
A year ago, by then older and wiser, I predicted this plan at the early onset of the plan-demic, in an article entitled: “April Fools: In the New Age of Deception, Coronavirus has Hastened the Old Collectivism”
We’re about to enter into a real Walking Dead scenario and the Dark Powers will be getting years of mileage out of COVID-19 in every aspect of post-American life.
Truly, the new age will be delivered by concentrically tightening circles of control – like a noose. The Powers That Be have successfully divided and dispersed what they have deemed a threat: the American people. All that remains now is the conquering, and it will come in waves, or seasonal cycles…
Undoubtedly, the deception is meant to be continuous as the information war is waged.
Consider how honest skeptics have questioned why Florida’s measured response to the “pandemic” resulted in death rates that were statistically similar, and even superior, to other states such as New York and Michigan – both of which were locked down in Orwellian fashion. Having no factual response, the propagandists, instead, uniformly post articles which simultaneously show on “smart” devices around the globe:

And the state could be on the cusp of a new coronavirus surge…
Did you catch that? A “combative (conservative) governor ignoring the “health experts” paired to the warning of another surge. Always another surge:

… Don’t wear your mask underneath your nose. That’s not wearing correctly and of course you’re going to have consequences when you don’t do things correctly, half heartedly.
…. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)…. highlighted a bright spot on Tuesday, telling MSNBC: “Our data from the CDC today suggest that vaccinated people do not carry the virus.”
Isn’t that interesting? Amidst all of the manipulative emotional blackmail… the director of the CDC told MSNBC “that vaccinated people do not carry the virus.”
Except, of course, according to the CDC, vaccinated people CAN carry the Covid-19 virus.
Certainly, in The New Normal®, the truth has become irrelevant; especially as digital tsunamis of Orwellian “suggestions” flood billions of internet devices throughout the world. The messages arrive as subtle warnings and outright decrees; seemingly whispered by the devil himself:
“Fully vaccinated people can travel”
“Now that you’re vaccinated, here’s what you can and can’t do”
“Vaccine doses setting records, but another virus surge feared”
“The final insult: Some dying of COVID while awaiting vaccine”
With mainstream media massaging like that, it is no wonder a majority of Americans and Europeans now support vaccine passports. Additionally, the Health Authoritarians are potentially programming populations for annual vaccination boosters and, seemingly, they want to vaccinate your kids as much as the politicians appear to want your guns.
At the same time, whistleblowers and honest skeptics such as America’s Frontline Doctors, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, Dr. Judy Mikovits, and others, have revealed the successful conventional treatments for Covid-19 while warning against the experimental, and even potentially harmful, Covid vaccines. Yet, all of these respected physicians have been summarily slandered and censored by the “more equal” Health Authoritarians of the New Reality.
That is, in part, how we arrived to this particular “future”: Through the propagandizing of deception as contravening information was maligned and censored. And the tech gods had only to provide the slightest of nudges to a majority of Americans. This allowed the “sheep” to contentedly sip their Starbucks and wear their respective normalcy bias like wool blankets.
For those who may not know, the “Event 201” plandemic exercise was held in New York City in October 2019 – just weeks before the first Covid-19 deaths were reported in China. The event was sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, John Hopkins University, and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Since that time, Bill Gates, the founder of a software conglomerate, has been on the news every week promoting various healthcare initiatives. Gates first urged more Covid testing before quickly transitioning into a moderately successful Global Vaccination Passport Salesman. John Hopkins University posted all of the Orwellian Covid Maps that terrified the internet over the last year, and the founder of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, is actually the architect behind the communistic Great Reset®.
Most recently, Schwab has organized efforts toward a “global pandemic treaty” with multiple world leaders in order “to prevent future pandemics, distribute vaccinations, and implement a unilateral approach to global governance”.
In a joint letter, this international consortium of globalists declared the following:
Together, we must be better prepared to predict, prevent, detect, assess and effectively respond to pandemics in a highly co-ordinated fashion. The Covid-19 pandemic has been a stark and painful reminder that nobody is safe until everyone is safe.

I believe I would trust Marvin the Martian, an actual cartoon, more than the risible comic book clowns vying for world domination today. At least Marvin the Martian stated his true intentions and was not attempting to blow up the earth under the pretense of saving it.
But, seriously, it seems only the wrong side knows exactly what it wants in the grand zeitgeist of our time. And, unfortunately, the elite billionaires are better organized with superior communications, surveillance, and strategy. Furthermore, considering the warfare has been informational so far, they have air superiority, so to speak, given their centralized control over media and technology.
It has now become obvious that Conservative America was preemptively decapitated by a billionaire reality TV star with orange hair and social media flair, as the Health Authoritarians were busy weaponizing the flu toward the goal of establishing a global medical dictatorship. And the end result has been Conservative America being deceived into shuttering their businesses and churches while wearing face coverings and standing 6-feet apart in the public square; ultimately, even tricked into accepting government-issued stimulus cash while staying self-sequestered in their homes.
In the commentary of my last article, a commenter posted the following quote by Winston Churchill:
If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.
To be sure, this outright call-to-action makes a strong argument for choosing one’s battles (and hills upon which to die) earlier as opposed to when it’s too late.
As for me and my tribe: We will seek to live our lives unimpeded. We will select our battles carefully. We will practice non-violence while defending ourselves, with vigor, when necessary. To shield our minds, and for the same reasons we refuse to inhale toxic air or drink poison, we will ignore the news and neglect the mandates of the Health Authoritarians. And when the propaganda cannot be avoided, we will fully understand the agenda behind the headlines and the arbitrary and unjust mandates.
Even so, we may still lose the war. In fact, it could be we have already lost. But even the aforementioned Book of Revelation’s chapter 13 states in verse 10…. that they who go into captivity, will go, and they that who will be killed, will be killed – and with the corresponding call for the patience and faith of the saints.
Undeniably, history has been kind to the legacies of courageous people who have stood for what they believe. They did so with the hope and faith of knowing history would right itself in time: Even into captivity; even unto death.
Many, if not most, Americans consider twentieth-century civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. as an American hero. And even though others may claim he was a philandering communist agitator, the words King penned in an April 1963 letter from a jail in Birmingham, Alabama may be pertinent to our time. The missive was a plea to King’s fellow clergyman, as well as to those who had professed to support the cause of civil rights yet lacked the full measure of commitment which was required to win.
In what has become known as the “Letter from a Birmingham Jail”, the admonishing tones in King’s appeals are, in my opinion, quite similar with the Apostle Paul’s petitions to the early churches of The New Testament. Perhaps this is not surprising, however, given the fact King actually referenced Paul of Tarsus in the letter.
Here are some excerpts which may have relevance to our current circumstances:
We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.
…..We had no alternative except to prepare for direct action, whereby we would present our very bodies as a means of laying our case before the conscience of the local and the national community.
….Lamentably, it is an historical fact that privileged groups seldom give up their privileges voluntarily…
….We know through painful experience that freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.
….The answer lies in the fact that there are two types of laws: just and unjust. I would be the first to advocate obeying just laws. One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws. I would agree with St. Augustine that “an unjust law is no law at all.”
… How does one determine whether a law is just or unjust? A just law is a man made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law. To put it in the terms of St. Thomas Aquinas: An unjust law is a human law that is not rooted in eternal law and natural law. Any law that uplifts human personality is just. Any law that degrades human personality is unjust. All segregation statutes are unjust because segregation distorts the soul and damages the personality. It gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority.
…consider a more concrete example of just and unjust laws. An unjust law is a code that a numerical or power majority group compels a minority group to obey but does not make binding on itself. This is difference made legal. By the same token, a just law is a code that a majority compels a minority to follow and that it is willing to follow itself.
….time itself is neutral; it can be used either destructively or constructively. I have learned many lessons in my journey from past to future, including these facts: The desire to control others is, ultimately, rooted in fear. Accordingly, fear is utilized as the means to control others.
The proper response to these precepts, therefore, is to… fear not.
As some readers may know, I started my blog in the fall of 2016 as a middle-finger flip to the (seemingly then certain) eventuality of President Hillary and her criminal cabal. I did so after being inspired by the courage of the writers throughout the still-unregulated internet. Although I was initially optimistic regarding Trump, I wrote just nine days after his 2016 election victory that either “constitutionalism, liberty and renewed nationalist vigor” would prevail in our future… or that a new order could arise like a phoenix – but no matter what happened, either way, there would be “no middle ground” between liberty or tyranny.
Since then, over a period of years, I honestly analyzed President Donald Trump as a reality TV show, and two-sides of the same coin, as well as writing article after article speculating on the MAGA movement as the nation’s “bleeding of the brake lines before the big stop”.
But even before Trump was elected, I wrote on sinister powers in high places ceaselessly sowing societal seeds of chaos; and, last year, documented The New Normal’s cult-like initiation with 2020 vision.
So, how were all of those words written in real time with impeccable accuracy? Surely, the articles derived from honest skepticism and curiosity as applied via logic and reason. But, at the very least, each article was written as the result of a gut feeling.
Or, perhaps, the pieces were posted pursuant to my perusing the back of the Book.

Our world is currently being consumed by the darkest forces of evil and these agents of satan will not stop at anything in their agenda to destroy all that is good, just and honourable about this world and humanity. They are running amok and for now appear to be succeeding but they have not considered the power of our God Almighty and the second coming of Jesus Christ , as prophesised in the Bible. That Holiest of books which foretold all of these events will prove to be our guide, courage, comfort and salvation in the darkest of days lying ahead. You should write an article comparing Covid to Religion. Don’t swear and try to not mention Jesus more than 100 times. Resist the temptation to identify Fauchi as Satan. Although evil, Satan is actually intelligent. Try to work in Donald Trump — Angel of Light or Angel of Darkness — I don’t care, but he needs a mention.

Atheists. Believe that there is no threat from the coronavirus if there ever was an uncommon virus at all. Covid Atheists believe it was all a coordinated effort to concentrate control of humankind. We were not raised as pussies but we are pussies. We got too comfortable, life was great, the fucked up shit happening did not really impact us. I have lived all over the US and Europe and despite seeing the dysfunction I did nothing except stay out of the way focusing on my family friends and working hard….a very good life for a long time. But there was a real cost to not doing our duty as citizens of this republic….voting harder didn’t help. Talking with friends or voting with our feet didn’t help. The scourge of communism crept in and infected everything while we did shots and watched the super bowl. All of this increasing turmoil, fear and mindless reaction that is unprecedented in detail and global manifestation is the final throes of a dead state of existence, that began it’s deterioration the moment God declared “If you eat of it, you shall surely die.” To me, that shows just how vital and awesome that original unsullied creation was; it’s taken many millennia to reach this level of decay.
Conversely the convulsions are also described as birth-pangs, ushering in the shedding of the dead husk of the besmirched original creation, allowing the inner chrysalis to arise – mature and without its former stain – into it’s proper and original position in the household of the Father. Corporately ‘The Bride’, composed of all of the individual members of what is also called ‘The Body of Christ’. God is nothing if not infinitely creative and all-encompassing, and He seems to thrive on complexity and the miniscule weaving of single strands into vast tapestries.
What does that mean to me? I wanted to say ‘to us’, but the present situation presents a most singularly individualistic responsibility. Every man for himself, so to speak, at the ultimate level.
I keep a small poster on the wall over my computer monitor. It reads ‘The men of Issachar were heralded for two things: understanding the times and determining how to live in light of those times.’ I have pondered and studied scripture, history, true empirical scientific research and contemporary happenings with this saying in mind.
There’s nothing wrong with preparing for whatever this world can throw at us, there’s nothing wrong with striving against all the pressures and plots of horrible people. But keep it in perspective, whatever your actual first premise might be.
For me, I see it as a final resolution that must be spiritual in foundation; it is who and what I am. For those with a purely materialistic premise, you’ll have to figure out exactly what you believe and how to react. Good luck with that. My words will have a very limited, if not utterly useless, value. Every man for himself, indeed (or woman, as the case may be).

Morning, Unc. Well, here’s my take on ‘the restrainer’.
Grammatically ‘what is restraining’ refers to an impersonal force, while ‘he who now restrains’ suggests a person. As always, we should be cautious about our opinions where scripture is unclear. Even Peter, in 2 Peter 3, wrote that even one apostle had trouble understanding some of the more difficult passages of another.
The restrainer isn’t mentioned anywhere else in scripture.
There’s been a lot of different ideas about this through the centuries. I’ll throw a few out.
1) Paul’s incomplete ministry; the son of perdition would show up once Paul’s mission is complete.
2) The Holy Spirit (possibly via the Spirit-filled Body of Christ), who keeps things under control until the time is right.
3) God Himself, since it is evil that is being held back.
4) the Jewish state at the time.
5) the institution of human government. The early fathers generally considered ‘what is restraining’ to refer to the Roman Empire. The emphasis here is about Paul’s experience of benefits due to his Roman citizenship, while ‘who is restraining’ could refer to Emperor Claudius. His time was one of the saner eras in Roman imperial history.
I personally think that, like most of what I have experienced and learned about God, it is a combination of immediate and long-term. That is very common in scripture.
For us now – I think it is a reference to The Holy Spirit. It would take way more time than I have right now to cover all the ins and outs of that opinion; like everything else, it’s not a simple cut-and-dried conclusion. There’s a whole slew of details and references.

You’re right, TS, it’s good to be cautious; after some digging, it seems the “what”(v.6)/”who”(v.7) could, at that time, be the Roman Empire, or more specifically, a succession of Emperors, or at least the ones who were more amenable to Christianity…the overarching sovereignty of God would still have the Holy Spirit as the Head “Restrainer”, managing all that entails…
The “restrainer” (he who letteth) can not be the Holy Spirit Himself as an integral part of the Godhead. The Spirit is God and God is omnipresent; He can’t not be everywhere.

Hi sir ordo! The HS is definitely a He as part of the Triune Godhead. That His presence can’t not be everywhere I am sure. His function changes from time to time. For example: today He seals the believer till the day of redemption. “Yesterday” He empowered people to do miraculous things in the name of Christ. “Tomorrow” He will empower some people to “endure to the end”, meaning endure the wrath of God being poured out during Daniels 70’th week (see Mark 16:15-20, tools for tribulation saints).
So, the Spirits function in the world can change (David prayed that the Spirit be not withdrawn from him – Psalm 51:11) but His “being God” and thus His omnipresence can’t be compromised. He is always everywhere. To think that He can be “removed completely” from anywhere is to deny His Godhood and think of Him as something (someone) less than God Himself; we ought not do that. Additionally; many think of Christ as “less than Divine” too and such we rightly call blasphemy.
I do believe that the next time God is wrathful towards the world will be during the tribulation of Jacobs trouble. Note: that’s “Jacobs” trouble, the guy whose name was changed to Israel. I also believe that not only our own, but all governments and institutions of power look for the destroyer as they all believe he’s on their side. They believe he is god after all. Try the King James and you’ll find many a mention. Search both Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost. Example:

This lawsuit is yet another attempt to silence critics and citizens who want to investigate voter fraud. The statements Dominion claims are defamatory are actually protected speech under the First Amendment because they deal with matters of public concern, i.e., election integrity. The Fake News media and their allies are spinning meritless claims because their arguments have neither the facts nor the law needed to hold up in a courtroom.
The statements complained of are also protected because Dominion is a public figure and must prove that Ms. Powell acted with malice. This is impossible, as Ms. Powell’s lawyer has explained, because Ms. Powell’s statements were based on sworn affidavits, declarations, expert reports and documentary evidence. She presented this evidence for all to see in four court filings and on her website.
FAKE NEWS v. Reality
Contrary to what the Fake News is pushing, Sidney did NOT claim in court that ‘no reasonable person would believe her claims’. The press is using twisted legalese and manipulating the legal standard to confuse the issue, as they have done before in other high-profile cases. Ms. Powell’s statements were legal opinions that she stands behind, as they were based on sworn affidavits, declarations, expert reports and documentary evidence.
Dominion claims that the evidence Ms. Powell relied upon to assert her claims concerning the lack of election integrity is incredible and not believable. Ms. Powell responded by pointing out that her assertions were her legal opinions based on the evidence she presented to four different courts. Yesterday, several news media outlets cut and paste out of context portions of our motion to dismiss the Dominion complaint to “spin” a message that the election fraud allegations that Ms. Powell presented to various courts and to the public were not credible. I’d like to clarify what actually was presented to the court. First, let me be clear: any suggestion that “no reasonable person” would believe Ms. Powell or her comments on the election is false. The language these reports referred to is a legal standard adopted by the courts to determine whether statements qualify as opinions which are exempt from defamation liability.
As the DC Circuit reaffirmed just last week, there is no claim for defamation when the alleged “defamatory” statement is a legal opinion. Ms. Powell’s statements fall precisely into this category. Ms. Powell reviewed sworn affidavits, declarations, expert testimony, and other highly corroborated evidence concerning the election which Ms. Powell filed with the courts and shared publicly. She continues to stand by those opinions today. Our motion, in part, argues that the Dominion case should be dismissed because legal opinions are not grounds for defamation.
In sum, the legal standard of a technical legal defense crafted by the courts has been improperly manipulated by the media to tell a false narrative. Ms. Powell is not backing down or retracting her previous statements concerning Dominion. Dominion’s case lacks legal merit and should be dismissed in its entirety.
Sydney Powell was a distraction. She accomplished absolutely nothing with flourish and fanfare.

Today, I responded to Smartmatic’s allegations of defamation against me in a 25-page motion to dismiss the case. I asked the court to throw out the case for the following reasons (amongst others).
1. To start, I cannot be sued in New York, because I do not have sufficient contacts with New York. My appearances on Fox News do not give the state of New York jurisdiction over me. I do not live in New York. I do not own property in New York. I do not conduct business in New York.
2. Even if I could be sued in New York, Smartmatic’s defamation claims against me fail. The information I shared about the Smartmatic machines is backed by sworn affidavits, expert reports, and other corroborated evidence. The First Amendment protects my statements about Smartmatic—they are political speech and were made in connection with active litigation.
3. Smartmatic’s desperate attempt to suggest I was a part of a civil conspiracy to harm the company is not only false, but also, still does not allow me to be sued in New York. Smartmatic fails to even remotely allege any way that I was a part of a conspiracy. And for the record, I was not.
4. Finally, my statements at issue all concerned the 2020 presidential election. They were made in court filings and on news shows. These statements would be understood by readers and listeners as expressions of opinion by me as a legal advocate, based on reliable, corroborated, sworn testimony.
I stand by my statements about Smartmatic today. I believe every allegation I have made about Smartmatic and the vulnerability of these machines is true. This case is meritless and should be thrown out entirely.

I can’t put my finger on the reason why… it just eludes me.
I’m not sure this is akin to your feelings of dread, but I suspect that there’s far more justice in this world than people think. Justice delayed is not justice denied. The world is way past due for justice that whether it is or not is going to feel like an apocalypse. Your excellent article put to words dark forebodings, and it remains to be seen who, if anyone, will rise to the occasion.
Realizing that the Bible was literally true in every sense of the word was my life’s biggest upset. Nothing prior to and nothing thereafter has ever been a close second, nor has anything ever been the same since. I began to read it in earnest about 15 years ago and for the first 5 was seeking verses that seemed to help me through the days no matter where those verses were located. I had no understanding of context. I felt bad and wanted to feel better. My emotions dictated what I read.
I had a pastor in a methodist church urge me to read Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in succession until I “understood”. So, I did. Things went from bad to worse. I KNEW I was not going to heaven or getting into Gods earthly Kingdom. A simple exercise: read the beatitudes in Mat 5. In them, Jesus explains the basic law and then multiplies the law by “a million”. For example…
Mat 5:27-28 (KJB)… “Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
Oh crap! Not only can I not have that woman I desired, I can’t even think about her. If you do not comprehend how absolutely impossible it is to keep such a commandment, you are lying to yourself plain and simple. At the end of the chapter…
Mat 5:48 (KJB)… “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”
How in God’s name am I supposed to comply with this; I honestly thought, and I was crushed. I was destined for hell.
Long story short. I left that church in despair and on the very next Sunday visited a small independent fundamental baptist church one town over. My wife and I were the only two people out of about 70 who didn’t have King James Bibles in our hands. The pastor saw us coming a mile away. He preached a message on simple salvation (the Romans road) and both of us got saved, realizing once and for all, we ain’t perfect and never can be; and that’s ok. That was 10 years ago and I have not put that blessed book down since.

“While we were YET sinners?” I thought Jesus said to be as perfect as God? What is going on??? Context is what’s going on. While all the Bible is true, not all the Bible is written to us. If I receive a letter in my mailbox meant for my neighbor and read it as my own, I have a problem. I’m not my neighbor! Our lives are vastly different! His instructions will totally screw me up! Much of the Bible is written to my neighbor.
Miles Coverdale (1535)… “Again it shall greatly help thee to understand scripture, if thou mark, not only what is spoken or written, but of whom, and unto whom, with what words, at what time, where, to what intent, with what circumstances, considering what goeth before and what followeth after.”
All the Bible is true, from Genesis to Revelation. It’s perfect.
2 Tim 3:16-17 (KJB)… “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
Only a relative small amount of the text is addressed directly TO me however. Those would be Pauls 13 letters. Take the word “perfect” for example. Jesus used it to describe a mans behavior. He was telling His followers to literally BE perfect as God in heaven! He was also going to equip them to do exactly that… the new covenant promised to them.

This began to happen at (Jewish) Pentecost in Acts 2. Unfortunately, national Israel failed to follow their Messiah and by the end of Acts the Spirit gifts are gone; something else is begun in Acts chapter 9. When Paul uses the word “perfect” in the above scripture it means “complete”… the words that come after, define it (thoroughly furnished…); the totality of scripture provide the “completeness” to the man of God that he may work well. The Bible can be, is meant to be, perfectly understood. We need to “rightly divide” that which is written TO us from that which is written ABOUT others in order to have this understanding. I go into great detail here.
The point (finally…)! For the past 2,000 years Gods instructions to man have been misunderstood by most. For that reason mankind has been sliding intentionally downhill at an ever faster pace with satan mashing the accelerator. OUR Apostle, the one Christ sent to believers today (NOT the 12 He sent to the 12 tribes) writes…
2 Tm 3:12-12 (KJB)… “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”
Eph 5:15-16 (KJB)… “See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
Do you want to survive and even thrive through what is coming upon the world in these evil days? I hope so, it’s going to be horrible. First, get saved. Realize you have a problem you can’t solve, sin. Learn that God via Christ solved the problem, sin, for you. For the saved, sin is no longer a problem. It is dealt with, it is finished, (even though we continue to exist in sinful bodies, surrounded by sinful people, living on a sin cursed world) sin is not the issue (belief, faith in what God says, is). For the unsaved, sin is still an issue and will be till the individual acknowledges it in himself and accepts the gift God freely offers (Rom 5). It’s so simple. I think that’s why many can be so easily mislead, the simplicity of salvation is “too simple”! We tend to want to work for something, but if we work for a gift, a gift can no longer be a gift. God wants you to have that gift at this very moment. Trying to earn it is insulting to the Giver. Second, learn what God has given you via salvation through Christ. Note the two things in this next verse.
1 Tim 2:3-4 (KJB)… “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, AND to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
The gift (salvation AND knowledge of the truth) is really, really BIG. Paul describes it in amazing detail throughout his epistles. Turns out the saved are “joint heirs” with Christ (Rom 8)! That means, we get everything He has! The magnitude of the thought is astounding. It will change the way you deal with literally everything! Unlike the law (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John), grace works from the inside out… 🙂
The events described in the book of Revelation have not yet begun to happen. There is still time; how much I have no idea, but things seem to be getting real bad real quick as Doug and many others here always so aptly note. Why wait? Don’t study Matthew, Mark, Luke and John like I did (at least not yet anyway); study Romans 1 through 8, the letter addressed directly to you; the chapters that describe our problem and Gods solution to it. Chapters 12 through 16 when you get that former information in you and want to get down to business doing what God would have His people do; and 9 through 11 if you want to learn what happened (and what will eventually happen) to Israel (and the Gentiles they are in contact with) now that God has paused in His dealings with them.
Rom 3:20-21 (KJB)… “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. BUT NOW the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;”
Those words… “but now” are quite likely the two most amazing and unrecognized words in all of scripture. Grace and peace to each and every one of you from God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. It’s not just a salutation, it’s an official proclamation.
Then you must complete the the reason WHY salvation:

We all can see that a BIG something is coming, and that it is not based on our own physical understanding of what we see is happening. It is God’s will. The salvation Jesus was offering was to the Jews IN ORDER THAT they might bring it to the world. The four accounts of Jesus earthly ministry, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are the testimony of prophesy being fulfilled. Prophesy was given to the nation that will some day be the light of God to the rest of the world. Israel. While there is a tremendous amount of information for us to learn therein about that ministry, those books are not written about us; but about the nation God established and their responsibility to be that Light God intended them to be.
The salvation Jesus refers to; the salvation that will come to Israel, will come when Christ returns physically to this world to rule and reign with a rod of iron. Peter (the Jew with the keys to the earthly Kingdom) explains…
Acts 3:19-21 KJB… “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”
Peter is addressing a large gathering of Jews from all over the world. He speaks in one language yet all hear him as if he is speaking their own. Tongues. In the verses just previous (Acts 2:14-37), he indicts them on a charge of murder; they gasp and ask, “what shall we do?” His answer is above.

2) be converted… believe that Jesus was who He said He was, that their sins may be blotted out.
3) when will their sins be blotted out? When the times of refreshing come.
4) when are the times of refreshing to begin? At the presence of the Lord, when He physically returns. At this time, He is ascended and with the Father in heaven preparing a place that will one day come to earth. Things will be “refreshed” when all things are “restituted” or made right; post great tribulation.
5) how do we know this to be true? It’s been spoken since the world began. This is prophesy.
Believers today need to learn the mystery kept secret since the world began. That body of information revealed to the apostle Paul. Being stuck in Israel’s program is what keeps Christians confused. “Bible” versions other than the King James further and intentionally obfuscate the matter. The last thing satan wants a man to know is the mystery revealed to Paul. It’s why so few know it. To be a truly effective evangelist today we must understand Paul.

While we were still in our sin (unlike national Israel who needed to understand and repent of a crime, plus wait for Christ to physically return) Christ died for us. What I meant by the grafting in has to do with Romans 9-11, the notion that many people think that upon salvation they are “added” to Gods chosen, Israel. The book of Acts demonstrates Israel’s fall not their or our elevation to a prior (pre-grace) program. Grafted is a specific word in these chapters. I wouldn’t use it in a larger “spiritual” sense to avoid confusion.

If you feel bad about killing something or someone that was in the process of attempting to kill you then you need to reexamine the concept of self-preservation. You should add a fourth category….relief.
Until you have actually blown somebody away, or had the distinct experience of feeling their last quiver, you don’t know what you’re talking about, and it shows. I have, and would again, kill someone without hesitation, but it is not a light thing to take a human life. It is a puke-producing nightmare-inducing traumatic event. A person can get hardened to it, as far as the immediate physical/emotional reactions, but it will change you forever. I hope you never have to find out.

I think you missed my point. If someone is trying to kill me, and I kill them instead then I daresay I would feel relief that they didn’t succeed in killing me. The aftermath is irrelevant, at least I am alive and….while I never want to be in a situation where I have to kill someone, I’m not going to fret about how I’ll feel about killing someone, I will do what I can to preserve the ability to feel. Dead people don’t feel.

Seriously, UNC… if you haven’t seen this really creepy movie, don’t bother and just watch the short review I posted and you will have the whole story of how two scientists with a big federal grant decided to plant their own ideology into the experiment and ended up with a monster they could no longer control.

The thread on evil corporations seems to have been buried.
An important point I think the respondents missed entirely is that the corporation I described (the hunting camp, incorporated in the late 1950s) needed no government planning or approval to be created. It was a mutual agreement between adults with a ;purpose in mind. It was not ever a creature of government.
This is true of corporations in general. As with almost all the good ideas, ever, it was created outside of government.
All that is necessary to sustain and make such private agreements effective is a rule of law that punishes fraud and theft.

Anyway, corporations are very useful things, essential to any free economy that might be expected to produce necessary goods and services. Corporations are in fact the creations of individuals, not governments.
A corporation is an arrangement in which a coercive entity, biggov, protects designated, arguably over-paid, privileged individuals in a given economic collective, a company, from being held legally responsible for their actions.
Everything corporations do could be done by individuals acting as individuals, cooperating voluntarily via contractual agreements. Corporations are not essential to a productive market economy IMO.
The mere concept of incorporation is an anathema to a free and just society. Todoay corporations too often are the tentacles of biggov. The reverse is also true. And if the lack of incorporated entities were to slow the economy down somewhat…so what.

I agree, Lars. The concept of incorporation is not of much use to the business collectives without government, is it? Businesses are able to incorporate varied industrial pursuits into larger collectives, but without government grants of rights, which belong only to individuals by right, those collectives would be subject to laws that are supposed to apply equally to all persons.
That wouldn’t satisfy the desire for undue influence that drives the sociopaths who form those collectives, would it? The rights of men, granted to business collectives, is what gives the whores in the judiciary a way to justify the undue influence via “campaign contributions (more accurately described as bribes) in amounts unavailable to most individuals, by describing the bribery as “political speech”, so that regulation of the bribes could be said to violate a corporation’s invented “right” to free speech.

Doug, you have to admit that Eisenhower was a politician, and politicians give lip service to concepts they don’t agree with and principles that they don’t have. There’s that as well.
Corporations are business entities given personhood by government. Sure, they are useful to sociopaths who want access to government authority for the benefit of their businesses. Granting human rights to collectivist business associations is an abuse of power by those in government who want the money that corporate controllers pay for special privileges that go beyond individual rights, while the controllers of corporations want access to the authority the whorish politicians like to sell to them.

Those who have not built their case of valid cause for action and taken to their grand jury to seek indictments of the tyrants whom injure you have not fought for their own liberty or justice. People will complain, protest, vote, spend vast resources on participating in a fraudulent election process to remove CRIMINALS, all the while that is the WRONG venue for remedy.

Another nice piece of writing Un-cola. It reads sort of like an elegant manifesto. I think the MLK stuff is very applicable even if you don’t care for him. I think we could all agree he is at the very least a hero black peoples should want to emulate.
In February I spent some time in Memphis and N. Mississippi delta. The history in that region is pretty amazing. I found myself some new rabbit holes in regards to the civil war, and MLK. He lived an interesting life, in interesting times. I think he would be right at home in this place and time fighting for the rights of all Americans. Again thanks for the well thought out article.

This is another excellent article. Rumination on the coming global technocracy can be upsetting. Seen within the prophecy of the Antichrist, it can be downright terrifying.
But, Revelations is about the final defeat of Satan and those who serve him. It is also important to understand that God does not permit Satan free reign—we will be permitted a choice; the only thing that changes in the End Times is the cost we pay if we remain faithful to God: while some will be sheltered, most will face poverty, imprisonment or death. This is what the Mark of the Beast is about: separating the goats from the sheep.
Ironically, Revelations should terrify the fallen world, but not those who are saved. The Bible recounts many times how previous evil empires and leaders were destroyed at the height of their hubris. For example, take Pharaoh, a type of antichrist figure, who was given multiple warnings and signs from God. Yet, he ended up gathering his soldiers and charging Moses who—by the power of God—parted the Red Sea to allow the Israelites to pass. Pharaoh and his men followed but were obliterated when the sea rushed back.
Importantly, it was written that God had “hardened” Pharaoh’s heart. The quote in this article from Thessalonians about God sending a “strong delusion” captures this same frightful curse. Said differently, God will not only recognize your choice to rebel (like Satan), He will sometimes permit a person to believe their own B.S. so that they might be utterly destroyed! Remember: God is same in the Old Testament as in the New.
In the cosmic sense, it is irrelevant what wealthy idiots like Schwab or Gates think, since there is only “Team God” and “Team Satan.” Team Satan—like Team Stalin—is merely using these technocrats as “useful idiots” to build the final Antichrist system. Brick by brick, stone by stone, God has permitted these godless morons to lay the foundations for the most evil system in history—a system which will eventually consume their very souls in service to Satan. They are, quite literally, fashioning their own chains and building their own cells.
We need to remain fearless in the face of this madness. Our suffering is a two-fold gift: 1) to grow by suffering as Jesus did, and then 2) to witness and save other souls. This focus on spiritual things will also inoculate us against vogue materialism: marxism, environmentalism, antiracism, etc… Such movements cloak themselves as “good,” but lead to moral inversions.
Finally, take heart that we have the Holy Spirit to guide each of us (something more powerful than what the Israelites had in the Old Testament). Even in an evil land like Iran, God is speaking through dreams and is gathering His flock. No empire or ruler can stop the work of God. Remember: all it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed to “move mountains.”
