She’s a Russian student. Her name is Anna Dovgalyuk, and this is what she has to say about her protest via the caption in the video;
“This video is ‘dedicated’ to all who love to peek under skirts. On the behalf all women who became your victims – here, look! And stay away from us!”
The idea behind the demonstration is a call for the authorities to make up-skirting a criminal offense. Good for her!!!

Ol Stucky here isn’t the site, there are a lot of contributors, but Stucky does post a lot of eyebrow raising articles. We’ve probably all been to task with him, but he does make things interesting.
If you can’t look past the crass lowbrow yammer’n and argue the merits of ideas then this site will definitely be a hard site for you to be on. There are safer sites. There is a ton of good people here and the information shared is outstanding, but there be sharks too.
