question 4 you guys–
have any of you noticed a huge increase in ads getting past your ad blocker recently?
whenever my computer is shutdown i have a slight increase in ads which i always assumed is new ad software that tricks my ad blocker until the ad blocker learns how to block those ads–
the last time i shut down my computer & turned it back on a week or so back ,it started allowing massive amounts of ads to get thru & it has not stopped yet–
Opera does a really good job, so no I haven’t seen any difference.
Brave does a great job, too. Have noticed no difference.

Sort of an interesting additon all the comments about ad blockers in a philosophical sense.
I’m not really against this major, or say, English Literature etc. However there should not also be the expectation you will necessarily benefit monetarily.
Bloggers used to go on about trying to get your kids to go into engineering etc fields. However I could never have done this- boring. You know, an accountant was born an accountant. I knew accounting was important but could barely keep my eyes open (however I learned enough to function and understand business).
Also I hear teens saying they want to be psychologists. There’s lots of $ and jobs there, right? look how helpful they’ve been lately. All their research has perfected mind control and propaganda. I now tell these kids, you are going to have torture animals. They’ve watched all of these talking animal cartoons where human are the villains…
