That’s funnier than any joke he’s ever told. I like his podcasts (although I won’t join Spotify), but his stand-up is ass.
About a week before Chinkypox went public, there was something going through my office. This thing was contagious as hell! Everyone got it. Some people were out for two weeks. Me? I go the dry cough. I got the fever. I got what you might call “mild flu symptoms. I was out for to days. After that I felt fine, except that it took about a month to get my stamina back. When the China flu went mainstream, we reasoned that this is what we had. Of course, by the time we were able to get tested, none of us were positive, so we’ll probably never know. truth is though, none of us have gotten sick since. I’ve been in and around construction crews from all over the area since the beginning of this thing. Very few were wearing masks even when “mandated,” and no one was getting sick.
Aside from the astounding rate at which it roared through the building, it would have rated as a “meh…” flu season.
I have no plans to get the jab… The “experts” lost me when they closed the churches but left the casinos open… Think of it; they wouldn’t let people gather at churches; people who probably lived within a few miles of each other, and bumped into each other at the grocery store and McDonalds, but WOULD let people gather at the casinos; people who came and went from all over by the busload, and sidled up to each other at the slots and table games. My town is somewhat isolated. If I were a betting man, I’d say that the local casino was “ground zero” for COVID in the town. “Yeah, but the SCIENCE!!!!” Right… The “science…”
