They are part of the debacle. Attorneys, in general, are true parasites in every way. There are some ethical attorneys out there because I have know some. However, the fact remains they go unregulated and are drafting the very statutes that allow them to be the parasites they are.

There is action being taken but I have not heard of any success as of yet. Maybe someone here has.
It is wrong, imho, to sue the NCAA. This is an organization that really really deeply cares about student athletes … emphasis on “student” and education. It is their mission in life to educate young men, and women. Sports is only the vehicle to achieve their noble goal. Their mandating of shots is rooted in LOVE, not authoritarianism. Long live the NCAA … teaching young American athletes how to lead a virtuous and self-less life.
