My wife and I stopped at a rest stop a while back. Upon entering, I noticed (I am always aware of my surroundings) a high percentage of dark meat. I simply whispered to my wife that she had better follow me if I decide to leave because I will not wait for her. Sure enough, a vibrant argument started over some shit about fries. I tapped her on the shoulder, turned around and left. I didn’t even look to see if she was following me. Guys, your wife had better listen to you. You are not responsible for a wife that doesn’t care about her own safety. Tons of women simply believe their man should defend them no matter what. Bullshit. I’m in charge of safety and you’d better listen and follow my commands. Yes, commands.

Years ago took the family to a restaurant called “Old Country Buffet” Got seated and realized there was a large group of blacks having a birthday party . Yelling, screaming, bumping into everyone, vile profanity was the order of the day.
On the way home our daughter who was 5 at the time said,”Daddy I don’t think they should let black people in restaurants” I replied, “Abby how would you like it if black people said they don’t think that they should let little white girls in restaurants”?
She replied, “That is fine, they should have theirs and we should have ours”!

My experiences around both white and black people has been varied, some good, some very bad.
There’s some black people I would prefer to be around than some white people.
That being said I’ve never had to run for my life from white people because I took the wrong turn down the wrong street. Never had white people I’ve never met want to kill me because I was the wrong skin color. However I have had that experience with blacks.
It only takes hearing “Get Whitey” one time to impress on you that perhaps it’s generally best to avoid people of color if you have a choice to do so.
It’s black history month, I only know this because my company sent me an email today. I didn’t do a fucking thing the rest of the day.
I recall reading an article several years ago about how restaurant owners made their places less welcoming to ‘urban’ customers. Classical music, no French fries on the menu and other subtle tactics. I will not patronize any location that appears to attract the ‘13%’.
Certainly a small percentage of blacks in America see this behavior and are mortified and embarrassed about 15 to 20% the other 80 to 85% are the ones causing all the trouble !
