I watched it because I wanted to see what the Russians may be trying to censor. I didn’t see anything that makes sense for Orlov to censor.
Dmitry doesn’t like off topic questions and perhaps my asking if he knew where Lira was crossed the line. He won’t allow me to comment so I will stop paying to read his very narrow perspective.
I already had one strike being American. I had some difficulty figuring out how to pay for the subscription (my credit cards were not allowed) but persevered and read a lot of his older stuff, which he recently moved to the new account, which had almost nothing worth reading on it until I asked about an archive.
He did write several articles here many years ago, and I linked one of those, commenting on it too. I guess I annoyed him asking questions about his past articles not behind a paywall.
He told me he didn’t want the attention a larger site like TBP would garner him, so there’s that.

Actually, Admin, I decided to shoot the whole 2nd quarter wad on this one because I really did think the video was gone and I really did think it was what got him picked up.
I think there are several things in it that suggest why, but these are worrisome times for people who speak freely and so am sending you a few extra bucks for it.
And, everyone who doesn’t realize what a privilege it is to read and comment here should pony up a bit to keep the lights on here on TBP.

Can someone explain why we need/should get involved in this conflict? We keep sending money, material and possibly troops to a country we have NO business being in or supporting, as I view it.

The thing about it all, yodebo, is that the shit really did just get too real when GL disappeared for a few days. I think the attention brought to his disappearance probably helped him live. That makes me especially grateful for TBP.
