It is about the fact the the Supreme Court violated the separation of powers in the US Constitution and legislated from the bench, creating a law that was illegal and unenforceable- although morons enforced it. This decision was to correct that illegal act.
But now, leftist congress and their RINO buddies will pass a new abortion law that when challenged before the SC and will probably be upheld because they are spineless.
