Conservative Student Hit with Terror Charges for Posting Picture of AR-15 on Social Media Set to Stand Trial Next Month
Lucas Gerhard, the former Lake Superior State University student charged with making terror threats, is set to start his trial next month in a Michigan court.
Gerhard was charged with making terror threats after a liberal snowflake saw a post he made in a private Snapchat group of his rifle, became triggered and snitched on Gerhard to authorities. This began a three-year hell which has upended his life and confined Gerhard to home arrest awaiting a trial. He will finally have his day in court beginning on July 11.
Making the situation even more ridiculous is a picture of his leftist accuser holding a gun that she posted on social media. This just shows how there is a massive double standard in the criminal justice system working against conservatives.
Gerhard faces 20 years in prison if he is convicted of making a terrorist threat. In addition to his home confinement, Gerhard was also forced to spend 83 days in jail while being denied bail. Eventually, he was released on a bond of $250,000.
Adding insult to injury, the Michigan Court of Appeals rejected Gerhard’s appeal, showing how free speech is effectively null and void in America. If Gerhard is convicted, it will set a precedent that unless a conservative has the “impossibility of guilt,” they will be destroyed in the courts for exercising their basic rights in a manner that offends a liberal.
The situation has drained his family’s finances as the court attempts to bully Gerhard into submission. Still, he has stood strong and is ready to be vindicated in the court of law next month. Gerhard’s case has massive implications for the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments of the Constitution in a digital age when core freedoms are being erased at a breakneck speed.

The resident adviser found that the check was unfounded, but the record was logged and eventually used as part of a profile to show Gerhard as a potential threat.
Another complaint was filed against Gerhard because he was dressed in a Sheriffs office cadet uniform with a duffel bag and a riot shield for a speech he was planning to give to a communication class. When law enforcement approached Gerhard regarding the complaint, he allowed police to search his duffel bag, which contained no weapons, and presented his note cards to police for the speech. After his story checked out, law enforcement let him go and noted that the complaint filed against Gerhard was unfounded.”

These Q’s imply concern about retaliation against individuals and/or TBP for being or giving platform to ‘dangerous’ outspokenness but I’d assume the cockroaches also see value in sites that help identify dissenters. But TBP repeats so much narrative disinfo for them, I think they like that we dissenters don’t seem to realize that every repeat of their crime power or dread in the name of ‘calling it out’ hurts US far more.
The primary tactic being used this war is predictive programming – where both sides are tricked into repeating their appearance of power and their lies and bluster that help make unrealized plans appear inevitable. Many are fooled into a resigned state of acceptance of ‘this is coming’ that makes the diabolical plans easier to force into society later. Then people from chat rooms think they were smart ‘see, i saw it coming!’, but they had fallen into a trap and were used to help accept it. Rinse and repeat.
But their implying they have the power to retaliate against any and all dissent is also a trap, so to me we’re in a big mind war and soul test and the game on right now is to refuse to cower AT ALL to boldly say anything true. I say the power of TBP is it’s support of truth fearlessness over moral correctness, letting people control their own destiny and reveal as much of their real brashness and/or refusal to cower as they want.
That said, what danger does TBP really represent to be concerned about? That last qotd about ‘echoes’, if TBP is in a rut comes to mind. Yes it is. I don’t see any real narrative damage going on here, quite the opposite. I like the company of so many educated minds hungry for hardcore spotlighting who quickly call out so much BS, but not the pattern of repeatedly selecting a very narrow range of articles to ‘feature’ for comment that are so often dead wrong msm lies or bluster including the high repeat of pundits with gigantic holes in their education like Kirsch while ignoring a worldful of much better educated and dot connecting podcasters/writers.
A day or so ago Kirsch concluded his supposed CDC outing article with ‘…so the FDA needs to investigate the CDC about this’. Think about how revealing that statement is. This far into this hoax, what is the value of repeating any mind still this clueless? The cabal is laughing at sites helping their narrative by repeating dead wrong anything for them. So I wouldn’t worry, both the outspoken members and actual terrorists appreciate TBP for different reasons despite any right or wrong bad language.

Having discovered first hand that you are indeed watched and that people who hate you keep track of your words I learned to give up worrying about it. I don’t keep tabs on people and I don’t make lists- other people are not my concern. My own behavior and thoughts are the only things that I can control and so I put all my efforts into that and let the chips fall where they may.
We have a lot of work ahead of us if we’re going to adjust to the world that’s coming and frankly the folks trying to keep control all of humanity have a lot on their plate, too. Do the math.
Keep your nose to the grindstone, do the right thing, and refrain from saying things you might regret, especially violent rhetoric that accomplishes nothing except to compromise you.
